Hotel cleanliness was excellent. It was one of the cleanest apartments we have ever stayed in. There were fresh towels everyday and the pool was also cleaned daily.
The only problem we had with cleanliness was that the sunbeds were sometimes covered in bird droppings, but the staff always tried their best to clean the mess away and were very helpful.
We were self catering so we did not eat in the hotel part. But we did go to the Monday night BBQ which had brilliant Portuguese style food and great entertainment. I would recommend attending this event.
The hotel staff were great. Reception staff were lovely and very helpful. The guys at the bar were really nice and made the holiday more enjoyable. They were all friendly and gave great advice about where to visit and what beaches were the nicest. One of the guys advised us to use the trains instead of the buses because not only were they faster, they were also a lot cheaper and went to almost anywhere, including Faro and Albufeira.
We enjoyed the holiday so much that we are returning next year.

The hotel was brilliant. I would definetly visit again. Very clean.
Staff were really friendly especially Andre n Paulo and the rest of the guys in the bar.
Actual room was really nice and spacious.
The location is good and its not too far to walk for the bars and restaurants, but your out of the main biz which means there is no noise at nights when you are trying to sleep.
