We have visited this hotel 5 times in 3 years and we absolutley love it to bits, so do all the people we have met there, everyone you speak to that stops there has been going for years and i mean everybody ,we have only ever met 1 family there who were there for the first time everyone else has been at least 3 times or more in a lot of cases.
All the staff are so friendly including the owners who are often around for a chat,nothing is ever to much trouble.
We cannot fault the rooms at all they have a fridge and a kettle which is a lovely touch and the beds are so comfortable we always oversleep (that could be the lovely cocktails though)and they all look on to the pools.
The food is the best we have ever eaten in a hotel the Piri Piri prawns and the Chateaubriand are heavenly and the breakfasts are fantastic.
Praisa de Luz is a quiet little place so if you are wanting a lively town this isnt for you ,but if you want a quiet relaxing break in a wonderful hotel with fab food and truly lovely people look no further,its our favorite place in the world and we will always go back year after year.

I have been staying at the Belavista at least twice a year for the last 9 years - I think that says it all. Everyone at the Hotel is extremely friendly and helpful. It is paradise on earth.
