We found this hotel to be clean and tidy with friendly efficient staff.

Bedrooms fine with air conditioning, sat tv, but no fridge or balconey which was a let down.

Breakfast was the same every day but good quality and plenty of it, i.e fruit cocktail, cereals, rolls and bread with ham and cheese etc, with juices tea and coffee.

You don't pay anything until the end of tour stay, you just sigh receipts and pay at departure but didn't mind at all.

We used pool bar for drinks and snacks but did seem that you could bring your own food and drink into pool area no prob, and staff happy to give you cups with ice for drinks.
Pool area ok with about 30 sunbeds but got bed ok every time.

Hotel is only 10 min walk to the long long beach(out of hotel turn right cross over road towards capm site and follow road down) and also 10 mins to the promenade which has restaurants etc but not huge choice to be honest. We like Bar Fantasia which was one of first you come too.

There is a supermarket about 5mins walk from hotel.
you.

I arrived at the Hotel on speculation having flown out by EasyJet. The reception is accessed by steps or a steep ramp wih hand rails.

I stayed out of season (arrived 27th Sep) and stayed 4 nights the hotel is located on the wrong side of a busy road which must be crossed to reach the beach.

The pool is of a good size and with plenty of loungers and parasols for sun worshipers.

The breakfast was not much - tipical holiday fare.
If I were to visit this area again I would certainley use this hotel and recommend it, except for those with children because of the road and the seeming lack of childs activities.

I have put 1 for the entertainment as there was none at all whilst I was there except the big screen T.V. in the bar.

When we first arrived our initial impressions were good apart from it being a little way from the main resort.

The man on reception was friendly and helpful and our room was very clean and tidy.

We ate at the hotel on the first night and was not impressed with the food at all, not much choice and expensive for what there was. Breakfast was continental style which was ok for a couple of days but soon got fed up of ham and cheese sandwiches for breakfast.

The pool was very clean and well managed.

Most of the reception staff needed to lighten up and learn how to smile, very grumpy apart from one that could not have been more helpful.

Entertainment was very limited to a pool table and Sat TV. Not one for families with children, will get bored very easily.

The hotel zodiaco is a beautifully clean well presented hotel. The rooms are cleaned and beds made everyday including clean sheets and towels. The food only got 4 because it was the same everyday but it was a continental breakfast that set you up well for the day.

I thought the location was excellent as you did not have to worry about noisey bars etc as it is on the outskirts of quateira on the road to Loule.

The staff were excellent and very helpfull with regards to directions etc.

Enternainment was ltd to large screen tv, snooker table and tennis courts not forgeting immaculate pool, which again suited me far more than kids discos and dodgy rep shows.

Definately would visit again.

Beautiful hotel but too far out. Spotlessly clean, friendly and food very good. Staff most helpful and provided a courtesy room because we didn't leave hotel until 8.30 in evening. Gorgeous pool and very peaceful and although we only booked for bed/breakfast we ate in 2 evenings whilst there because the food was good and very cheap. Only reason we wouldn't return, we like entertainment of a few lively bars on doorstep and like the beach to be nearer.

We went to this hotel as it was cheap on alpha-beds.com and booked a flight with ryanair. The taxis have a list of prices which was 25 euro from the airport. We were impressed with the appearance of the hotel, it has a tennis court and a swimming pool. The bar and restaurant were clean and the breakfast of a good standard. We didn't eat in the hotel but the menu sounded good. There weren't any other British people in the hotel, mostly Spanish pensioners, who went off on excursions every day, leaving us as the only bathers round the pool, lovely! The prices from the bar were very reasonable and the staff were helpful. There is a bus stop outside and the timetable on the noticeboard in the hotel was quite reliable, we went into Alberfeira and Vilamoura. We will probably go back again out of season. If I had to find fault it would be that we could only find one plug in the room.

A 20 minute taxi ride from Faro but easy to find. Majority of the staff speak english and are very friendly. In a very quiet location. Our room was cleaned every day and towels replaced daily. Restaurant is buffet style. 15 minute walk into Quateira along the main road. Lovely walk along the promenade into Vilamoura which will take about 1 1/4 hours.

Well maintained swimming pool. Our rep. (Mario) was very helpful without being pushy or giving a hard sell for trips.

Jeep Safari well worth doing as is the Barbeque cruise.

A visit to the fruit and veg market and the fish market is well worth it.

Would definately go back again.
