i would like to start with how friendly the staff are.then i have 2 big moans about the hotel. 1st i went for a bar meal at 19.30 and was told there was a sudden in rush of 50 people in the restaurant and the chief was unable to cook me a bar meal. the hotel holds 200 so god knows if he had more people wanting to eat in the restaurant. 2nd moan was the extra guest's i had in my room which where cockroaches. I would expect to find them in warmer countrys but not in britian.
