Booked this hotel on the Internet which is much cheaper than direct,

Stayed here on a short break, the hotel is spotless
it is expensive for a Holiday Inn however it was well worth it for a clean comfy room.
Across the road from hotel is a complex called ocean terminal. Outside the hotel you can catch a bus up to the centre of Edinburgh they run every 2 minutes.
The hotel staff were polite and friendly the breakfast was help yourself to ceral, toast etc.
Would return and recommend.
