My sister and I stayed for their "Twixmas" break i.e. 3 nights half board in between Xmas and New Year. The Hotel in the brochure looked excellent with what looked like first class facilities. Whilst the rooms were in general very good, the standard of service in the dining room was shocking and certainly nowhere close to the apparent 3 stars. The general attitude of most staff left much to be desired and on one occasion at breakfast my own table and another had been waiting for so long that when the waitress finally brought two plates in, 16 guests at two other larger tables immediately started cheering and clapping loudly and asking if it was hot - which I think says it all!. A number of other guests who have been going there for several years all said that the standards had deteriorated dramatically and that they would not be coming back. Needless to say, I wont be returning.
