This was a last minute decision to go over to Singapore for the day from our temporary home in Johor Bahru. I booked the hotel online on the morning we travelled. On arrival we could not find a space in the small car park and pulled up at the front door of the hotel where we explained this to the Consierge. He immediately organized a Valet Parking attendant to take care of our car and we didn't see it again until checking out the following afternoon.
Check in was very efficient and within minutes we were in our room on the Executive floor. This was a free upgrade and allowed us access to the Executive Lounge where free cocktails were served for a couple of hours in the evening.
The room itself was quite spacious and looked out onto Orchard Road (the main shopping street in Singapore). It's a ver busy road but there was no traffic noise in the room.
The room was lovely and clean and offered tea / coffee making facilities as well as a mini bar. Robes and slippers also in the wardrobe. We did not see any entertainment in the hotel and therefore have not rated it.
This is a highly recommended hotel and worth much more than the 3 stars shown at the top of the page. We will definitely stay again.
