We booked this holiday 2 days before we left and weren't expecting much.
When we arrived at the hotel it seemed lovely and was well situated right in the heart of San Antonio bays main strip.
The reception staff were great and on on arrival in our room were extremely pleased with the standard of the room and its cleanliness. The whole hotel was spotless with the pool area being cleaned everynight along with the rest of the hotel.
The food was what you expect when you go to a 3 star hotel abroad. Its never going to be like the food back home. My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed it finding something different everynight, no complaints there as long as you go with an open mind.
The staff were excellent, all bar staff remembered what we were drinking and would start pouring it when they saw us walking up to the bar. Were very friendly and had good chat. The reception staff were very helpful when we were trying to source buses giving us different times and options to suit us. Cleaning staff were great on the go constantly and no complaints with our room whatsoever. Always Spotless> Never once saw any ants.
Entertainment was of its own standard. My partner and I loved it. We went for a quiet last minute break and very rary left the hotel, the entertainment at night was a bonus. We thought it was hilarious. You just had to get into the swing of it all. We played bingo, took part in quizs, participated in beauty contests, and everyone at the hotel did so. There was no divide between nationalities. Everynight was a different theme, each equally fun, again you have to be open minded. Its what you expect from a 3 star.
The only thing was the beach, it was very rocky and we weren't told about this however, you can lie on your sunbed down there or by the pool so you have a choice. All of Ibizas beaches are like this with a few exceptions.
To be fair, this hotel is only a 3 star but we thought very highly of it and would return again.

we went for two weeks at this hotel half board we asked for a balcony so we were high up as having a 3 year old you dont want to be on the ground floor considering with children going missing, guess what they put us on the ground floor near a path so anybody could come up to the the pato doors! we did complain and the next day they did move us to the third floor, lovely views and lots and lots of lovely ants!
The ants where in the bathroom and kitchen area we reported it but nothing done, the bathroom was dirty and very grimy the cupboards in the kitchen where all broken up inside so the room was horride 2/10
The food was ok i had salad or pasta with a bread roll every night not catered for english people if your german your fine. My other half lost weight put it that way for my 3 year old i took tins and paste with me or food shopped at the local stores.
The entertainment what entertainment if you like quiz's or bingo you will love it here, nothing during the day maybe an hour if that , A few of the staff where really nice.
The location of the hotel was ok in 3rd oct everything is starting to close down for end of season the travel agents will not tell you this 45 mins walk to san antonio along the bay stunning next time we come to ibiza we will be staying on the bay

Food was ok with plenty of choice and for those that say it is strange to see chips at breakfast...I find it even more strange that kids and adults seemed to eat them for breakfast !
Plenty of choice of hot and cold meals, freash sea food and salad was always available.
All cleaning staff were constantly on the go and the bar staff were great and always smiling even at this late stage in the season.
"one moment please" was especialy pleasant (people who have been here will know who I mean)
Eachan particularly liked the hot chocolate
The location was perfect for us, nice and quite although we would have prefered a room NOT above main enterance as buses dropped people off at all hours.
Nice pool and although the beach was v rocky, it was still ok for us but assume people with small children would not be impressed.
Entertainment was the usual circuit of performing birds (feathered variety) dancers etc but the hotel entertainers were good fun and seemed to be constantly on the go.
As is usual, there are the few loud brits who for some strange reason assume 2 key things when they are on holiday
1) Every one within a 5oo metre radius is REALLY interested in what they are doing, where they are going and what little ***** is having for lunch...Polite request...shut up!
2) all inclusive means you need to eat/drink your holiday cost in the 1st hour and then the rest is bonus!
That aside another great holiday in Ibiza and would probably use this hotel again if it was not spoiled by some loud brits

Club Nereida is in a really quiet corner, though only yards from all the shops, restaurants and bars you could need on a family holiday.
The food is a bit limited on choice, and geared up for the continentals rather than Brits, with cheese clod (deliberate error) meat and some strange concoctions available at all meals...like chips onion rings and croquets available for breakfast. You might not regularly find something you'd like for your meal, but you can't fault the quality of what is there. One of the coffee machines gives a brilliant cuppa, best I've had from a machine. The other machine is ordinary. They also have a machine dejuicing oranges so that your OJ can't possibly be fresher.
There's a well used kids club who make a fuss of all the kids whether you join or not, although there's a minimal age limit of 4.
Great holiday, great staff
