Port Des Torrent is fairely quiet compared to nearby San Antonio, but near enough to the busy resort if you want to visit. Beach was excellent with lots of water sports on offer. Worth the short walk over the beach to the shops which were much cheaper than the hotel shop. Ferry available every hour to San Antonio for 5 euro return. Bus right outside the hotel into San Antonia Bay and San Antonio for 1 euro. Ibiza town is a must and can be reached easily by bus from this resort.

Resort of Port Des Torrent was very clean, as was the beach. Beach has clear water with fish! Sandy and safe for children. Lots of bars and restuarants about a 5 minutes walk away.

Good resort. Walk down to the center for bars and restaurants. The kids especially will love the various bars with the trampolines, where you can bounce in a harness as tall as a house. Parents stomachs will turn believe me. The area is very clean, but if I am honest, if you want more night life you would have to visit San Antonio, although what was on offer was enough for us as a family. The beach standards are excellent.and in the future we will definately visit the resort again.

Resort was fine. The nearby beach Port Des Torrent(100mts) was clean and tidy. The waters crystal clear. Take some bread from breakfast and feed the fish, in no time you will be surround by loads of them. The neaby shops are well stocked and much cheaper than the one by the hotel(see above).
If you walk on up past the shops you will come to a cross roads from where you can catch buses to Cala Basa, and Cala Conti much cheaper than the ferry. (bus-1.20 EU ferry-7 EU)
Both are a must! excellent beaches and frequented by locals(which says it all).

The beach is clean and tidy with a great beach bar, buzzing by day and totally chilled out in the evening, eating fresh grilled fish watching the sunset whilst the kids paddled in the sea.......get the picture....bliss!

the resort is kept very clean, the beach is also kept as clean as you would expect, quite a bit of debris in the water though, but does get better further out, 3 or 4 feet from waters edge.
There are a few livley bars, with entertainment somewhere most nights, the drag queen was a good laugh.

Port des torrent is an intimate resort with its own horseshoe bay with all water sports and has a Port stop for the San Antonia cross bay ferry. The time table is reasonable through out the day. My only complaint it is so hard to get a pram across it. Being on your own or with help it is a bit of a track in the hot sun. I wish they could boardwalk a pathway the jetty and supermarket which is the cheapest in the town for all basics and is very good for fresh fruit.

The sand quality is excellent too. It is good for the sand castle making, it has a little shingle but not too bad in places there hare plenty of rocks to climb and find your own personal spot to sunbathe.

It was not too hot in June so we enjoyed many a day in the water which is shallow up to your waist to half way out from the shoreline and if it got too hot and sunny there are shaded areas to be found as well.

The cleaniless can be shabby by the end of the day but found that this was cleaned up eventually for the sunset viewing. Every night the sunsets from this beach are memorable. My photos has been magnified to make great pictures.

Port des torrent has a main street, with ten pin bowling, themed playparkes absolutely FAB for your kids to get lost for a while with Perfect in view from where you eat or drink.

Eating out is extremely assorted from chinese to your burger, chicken, fish and CHIPS these usually come out of your ears by the time you come home. The main strip is full of night clubs and entertainment for all ages and if your prepared to get on a bus or hire a car the entertainment goes on and on into San Antonia town which is a half an hour away on the bus. These buses run to clock work and are well recognised on the road. The bus drivers do insist on the right fare as you get on though.

Take a walk down the sides street of left from the mainstreet you can find more restaurants and beautiful bay views of the sea.

The resort shopkeepers are fantastic if you take the time to learn some phrase Spanish to say hello goodbye how are you, good day or night. Good manners get you lots of smiles and friendly hugs from the locals if you just try. You can shop until your purse have no euros, cents left.

The beach was lovely and all very clean. Umbrellas and sunbeds a bit pricey!

The resort restaurants and bars all excellent and all welcome children. There is a great amusement park with bumper cars and basket ball games, trampolines etc which was really good after our evening meal, they also had a bar and karoke going on for hte adults whilst the kids could run wild in the amusements.

Hotel, Restraunt, bars and pool areas all very clean, every morning without fail an army of cleaners would appear from nowhere and scrub and hose down all outside and inside areas. All happy to say Good Morning to you even if you are trying to put your sun lounger down where they want to clean.
Airtours Reps where brilliant kept little kids and big kids alike entertained, bags of energy, with new games every night.
The beach is small but beautiful, you can see your feet for a start, if you want a bigger beach San Antonio is just a quick walk away or live a little and catch the local buses just outside the Hotel.
