The hotel is oddly set out. We first had to go in a lift to our room, which was around the corner from reception and through the restaurant. After the lift we had a short trek to some stairs, then some more stairs (we had 3 cases!!) so it's not ideal.
The lady on reception was very helpful, although we were disappointed to find that safety deposit boxes are kept in reception (which is only open 9 til 1 and then 5 til 9 and closed Tuesdays!!).
Cleaners were very good, fresh towels every other day. The pool was nice and the guy at the poolside bar was very pleasant.
We did have tea one night at the hotel restaurant and it was very nice, again good service.
