The hotel according to the airtours brochure is rated as 3 star! Beware as this should not have a star rating at all.
The hotel was dirty with rubbish left from the previous visitors (it remained in our room for 3 weeks )they advertised as having 2 restaurants and a play ground, only one so called restaurant exists now and that can only be classed as a bar area with dirty tables and very poor food.
Don't bother with the breakfast as it consists of cold toast and jam and butter, which are put into 2 large dishes and after a few minutes are filthy dirty with umpteen knives stuck in!
The play area consists of a broken see-saw and a broken swing.
Hotel staff had no interest as to your comfort at all despite our continued efforts to get something as basic as running hot water.
Never again would we visit this hotel and strongly urge anyone else visitibg the area to find alternative accommodation.

This is a fantastic resort we have been going there for 8 years now and is still fantastic.
The entertainment is great and so is the entertainment manager.
It has a sea view and looks great the villas are huge and the atmosphere at night and day is fantasic.

We were abandoned at the hotel at midnight and told our villa was down there somewhere.It looked ok but it was dark. Daylight brought the truth, ants everywhere even in the tea pot and the damp in the bathroom was disgusting.The food in the site restuarant was not good.The hotel manager was sociable but not what you would expect to be greeting guests at a hotel more suited to a caravan park in saltcoats( actually thats an insult to caravan parks!) and our problem solver in reception looked like she ate lemons for breakfast,lunch and tea and actually did us poor souls a favour by exchanging money now and again until we figured it was easier and cheaper to do it in town without the cashier straining to look down on everyone.The same tape for the disco was played every night over and over again. if this was the last hotel on the planet i would never visit it again.

These are the villas from hell. It was like staying in a zoo, so if you do not like dirt and creapy crawlies do not stay here. If you are unfortunate to be going make sure you take an alarm clock to get you up at the crack of dawn, or other wise you will not get a sunbed, a cd player cause the entertainment does not excist, and a really good insect killer cause the villas are swarming with them, also you need a good pair of walking shoes (it is a mighty trek to the supermarkets and restaurants. The only good thing to come out of our holiday was that we meet some very good friends that found themselves in the same situation as us otherwise we would of packed up and left on the first day...........
