Hotel recently refurbished to a high standard. Everywhere very clean. Nice friendly, intimate atmosphere. Food excellent. All named brands on all inclusive drinks and San Miguel beer. Area is a typical Spanish working town with usual pubs and restaurants. Short cheap bus ride into Palma. Only surprise was that Wi-Fi was not free.
Sunbeds and umbrellas were sometimes scarce. Showering/toilet arrangements are a little Avant grade but no real problem. Grounds are a stone's throw from an excellent beach.

Hotel absolutely lovely, we had a superior sea view room which was brilliant.
Would recommend it to any couple wanting a great beachside hotel.
All the staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for you.
All inclusive package was very good, could have any drinks you wanted, not just local produce.
Hotel was very good value for what we had to pay for an All Inclusive holiday.
Entertainment every night in the hotel was fairly good.
Would recommend it to any couple wanting a great beachside hotel.

Stayed here in June/July 2012 while the Hotel is pretty new and is lovely the holiday was not what is showed in the brochure. The Brochure states the hotel as in Palma it’s not, and it took us nearly 2 hours to walk to Palma City, The area surrounding the Hotel is Dirty unkempt and poor, there are not any bars surrounding the area if you wanted a change of scenery in the evenings, although the Hotel is on the beach, the beach is very small and can become very crowded, very noisy at night as local tend to BBQ and stay to the early hours playing very load music. (Watch out for bag snatchers on the beach in the day).
The Hotel has only about 70 beds around the pool for about 300 people and you have to rise about 6.30am and sit on the beds as the security man will take away your belongings (which is a good thing ) but if you’re not fortunate enough to get a pool bed the ones on the beach charge 15 Euros a day. The Hotel staff very good and drinks package was excellent all best brands, Evening food repetitive and bland, breakfast okay. Nice clean smart hotel but beds and area have let it down.
