Arrived around midnight at hotel after a delayed flight to be told there was no room that night. We would have to get a taxi to another hotel due to late time to a while to get a cab. Got to bed 2 in the morning. We had to hang around till 1.30 following day to get into our room at our chosen hotel. On the return journey we got picked up 6 hrs before our flight. It took 1.hr to get to airport. Another day shortened. I did phone love holidays but was told there was nothing they could do. I liked the hotel and they did offer us euros to spend at the bar but it did not stop me feeling upset and angry about the service we were given.

The location of this hotel is excellent, the rooms are a little on the small side but fine for two and the hotel is built in such a way that all rooms enjoy a sea view. The beach is a stones throw away but as we travelled in November didnt use it at all, however, suprisingly there were others who did! Food excellent and plentiful with vegetarian choices and sugar free desserts for those with dietary requirements. Mainly german guests here but we dont mind this at all. The staff were on the whole all very pleasant. I returned with my sisters for a few days holiday here a month later than this trip (December 07) and would love to go again, hopefully in the summer this time.. cant wait
