Lovely resort with just the right amount of bars and restaurants for us with everything on your doorstep. But, surprisingly quiet for the number of people there. The beach is lovely, golden sand and plenty of sun beds etc.
Most of the area is pedestranalised so no dodging maniac drivers. My husband said the only thing missing was an Irish bar (coming from the Emerald Isle himself) but we found a brilliant pint of Guiness in the Rose and Crown which is owned by Rob and Jan, a really lovely couple, do pop in and see them.
I loved Cala Millor and can't wait to go back.

Calla Millor is very popular with German visitors, which we don't have a problem with, although others may.
Didn't spend much time on the beach, but it looked very clean and was quite windy on a few days which made reading the paper a little difficult.

The resort was fairly clean but lacked things to do with the children. The beach was clean but very busy.

Cala millor was lovely and we all felt very safe there I could walk around with my son and felt very safe even late at night.
Loved the resort at night with all of the shops open and were you could eat, drink and people watch and soak up the graet holiday atmosphere.

The provision of showers on the beach would greatly enhance this resort. The only negative is the annoying factor of mini scooters on the walkways.

Cala Millor is a lovely family orientated resort - lots of bars and restaurants to suit all tastes.
Can heartily recommend Cheers Bar in Cala Millor and Caledonian Carvery in Cala Bona as well as Beach Boys on sea front in Cala Millor.
Supermarkets - call into Supermarket C'an Pedro (back street near the Hotel Bonamar) and say hello to Eileen & Pedro.
All in all a fantastic resort with lots to offer - if I have one gripe it's dog mess which is pretty prolific wherever you go - just keep your eyes on the path ahead!

We had never stayed at a 4 star hotel before but fancied a bit of luxury and pampering, we were not disappointed, on arrival the front of the hotel does not give you the impression that you expect until you walk into reception, wonderful marble and water features greet you.
The whole hotel is kept spotless, the maids are friendly and do a great job cleaning, if you need your towels changing you have to leave them on the bathroom floor, they clean the rooms 7 days a week.
We asked for a high floor and a sea view....boy did we get that, 11th floor and the view took your breath away. as the hotel is just a few yards from the beach thats your view, wonderful last thing at night to sit on the balcony with a last glass of wine and take in the sights and sounds.
Not that many of us Brits there I would say that at least 70% of the people staying there are German, as our German is very limited it made conversation a little difficult.
Although I disagree with the towel on the sunbed idea, if you didn't do it you just didn't get a sunbed, so be prepaired to get up just that little bit earlier.
The hotel food was buffet style, very mixed some good some not so good, but we never came away hungry, there always seemed to be something there we could eat and with two very fussy 16 year olds with us that was a dilema in it's self. They sometimes hadn't eaten enough and ended up getting a doner kebab later on in the evening.
The entertainment wasn't really our cup of tea, but to be fair we only saw a couple of the acts, I think it would depend on your age as to whether it suited you.I could have got by without the guy playing the trumpet round the pool while we were sunbathing!! Thankfully he only stayed a little while.
On behalf of my daughter she says "the fit" waiters made up for that!!
We would go back tomorrow and would recomend it to anyone.

We visited Cala Millor in summer 2004 and we throughly enjoyed it, there was plenty of things to do during our stay, many resturants, bars, clubs and shops to choose from.
Shout out to The Waterloo and the bowling bar. We are planning on coming back and we definetly will soon.
