Location is a little too far from the resort but free on the mini train or only 5 euro in taxi.
The family room we got for 5 of us was ideal - no aircon or balcony but nice size.Only SKY News and BBC world as english tv channels but this was not an issue given the little time you spend in room.
Hotel did not try and tempt you or kids with stuff that was not all inclusive - as a result we didn't spend a load of extra cash.
Entertainment was terrible. Only 2 shows in 7 days the rest is utter rubbish except the half hour kiddies disco. Bingo in 4 languages is a bit testing.
I had to complain one day about the lyrics of the music being played around the pool - rap music with bad language not suitable for 6 year olds.
Staff all very friendly and polite and all work hard.
In summary we had a decent week but I would have been bored with food and lack of entertainment had we stayed a second week and needed to get out of the hotel for a few days.

This hotel should not be stated as a three star, it's an awful place!!!!!!
We booked this holiday last minute to give the kids a treat before they went back to school, we booked with Hello Holidays who assured that it would be suitable for families, How wrong they were!!!!!
I didnt read any reviews about the place until after we had booked, so I was very worried when I did, but I thought that because it has been reccommended by Hello Holidays after we told them the type of holiday we wanted that we'd give the place the benefit of the doubt.
I dont really know where to begin, the hotel was filthy, the rooms were awful, too small for a family of 4, the staff were very rude and unhelpful, the food was disgusting and cold and was left there throughout the day until it was eaten(or not!!) As it was so bad we ended up spending twice the money we payed by eating out every day, towards the end of the week we were running a bit short so the two days before leaving we ate in the place they called a restaurant ( watch out for the leaky ceilings) because of the dodgy food my 5yr old son spent his last day of his holiday very ill!!!!!!
Believe it or not the terrible food was not the worst thing about this place, it was the Fighting!!!!!!!! In the one week we were there we witnessed 4 fights, one of wich was so bad that the local police were called after 4 men has caused trouble and tried throwing beds off their balcony!! It took the police a while to find all 4 of them, so for a while it was quite scary, certainly for our children.
We used to watch in amazement every morning the ladies supposedley cleaning the pool and bar areas, put it this way if more people had seen what we had, like us they would have gone to the beach and not gone in any of the pools!!!!
I wish we had never ever listened to Hello Holidays, we spent a lot of money on this holiday and were all looking forward to it, but ended up having a holiday from HELL!!
This holiday has put me off ever travelling to majorca again, and as for this hotel you couldnt pay me enough to ever stay there again.

The food tended to be repetitive after a few days but was of good quality, plenty of activities to keep you busy if you wanted to stay around the complex, tennis courts, 5 a side pitches, crazy golf, basketball, netball etc.
There were free ice cream and snacks all day long for children and lots of organized activities to keep them busy.
The only complaint I could make about this hotel is it is a bit off the beaten track and parents must consider the dangers of letting small children run loose around hotel grounds as there are no gates on back boundary to stop children playing on edge of ravine wih about 50 foot drop.

Our room was cleaned every day it was a great holiday my husband and I have paid far more for less in other hotels
I think it could get very busy in the summer but you have two large pools with their own bars
Food was great but the same as any where else you have had enough after two weeks
Personaly we loved our holiday and are going back next year. If you are looking for a posh hotel with flash entertainment forget it
The only thing I will say is you do need a car as its very quiet in the day and if you get bored easy you will be pulling your hair out by the end of it

The main area of my concern however is the several cases of food poisoning whilst we stayed there (approximately 20 to our knowledge), myself and my two sisters all becoming victims. To lose three days of a seven day holiday because of circumstances beyond our control was most upsetting, especially as all of our party were so looking forward to much earned break. Therefore I would suggest not going to this hotel if you want to remain healthy to enjoy your holiday.

The hotel was spotless and cleaners were always dotting round.
Room was basic, clean, TV, nice bathroom. Beds made and towels changed regularly.
Restaurant very busy at peak times. A case of grab a table (even in September). Always a good choice of food if a bit repetative. salads, cooked meats, cold meats, pasta and fried foods. cakes, fruit and ice cream (not forgetting creme caramel). Snacks available in between meals.
Free drinks such as beer, shorts and cocktails plus fizzy drinks for the kids, all served in half pint plastic cups at pool-side bars (not nice to drink out of but for avoids breakages).
Bar staff and entertainment staff friendly.
Evening entertainment was on a stage by the pool with "mini disco time" every night followed by bingo and other stuff.
On wet nights (we had a couple) it was moved indoors but the lounge could not accomodate everyone as it was too small.
A lot of foreign visitors to this hotel (German, French, Chinese, Spanish?) so they had to cater for all tastes. Trouble was the foreigners were out at 730 puttng their towels on the sunbeds!
The only downside to the hotel was its location. About 15 minutes from the resort centre(a nice stroll in daytime but not so good at night). The mini-train ran regularly to Cala Domingos beach and this was free, but it you walked from the beach into the resort, you had to pay 3 euro to get back to hotel.
We had an enjoyable stay, the hotel was fine, but it was a bit out of the way.

The hotel entertainment team did most of the evening shows most of them was good, we even had a wacko jacko night, only downside for us with this hotel was the beach and shops was a bit far away from the hotel ,but there was a free bus laid on by the hotel but at times was very cramped and hot.
Would we come here again defo

The hotel was clean. The staff we found very friendly including the bar staff who never asked for a tip!
The food was pretty good, there was always something on the menu we liked.
There were a lot of activities to keep you going and the pools were clean, though a little cold!
The walk down to the beach was a bit hard going, but the road way is much easier. You can quite easily walk into the the small town in about 20mins.
The entertainment at night was quite good - especially the Crazy Musical night. The hotel wasn't too crowed at this time of year.
We would definitely go back there.

I found the pool over the road the quietest, but no wasps as too early, but loads of cats.
Room very clean.
Walk to centre as stated dark but close.
Staff very rude as stated, tip box was pointed out, got nothing, room maid did.
Food o.k but could have been hotter.
I would not go back or recommend this hotel to anyone
