We arrived about 23.45 and were welcomed by a friendly receptionist who opened the restaurant for us as they had put us a cold platter away for which I thought was a nice touch. Found the hotel to be great with towels and bedding changed daily. The hotel throughout was spotless
We were on half board and found the food to be plentiful and tasty with plenty of choice
The staff were very friendly and helpful
The hotel was situated about a mile and half from the main part of Picafort but this was easily accessible either on the bus or resort train which stopped right outside the hotel
There is also internet access in the reception area and the rooms have TV with ITV , BBC1 & 2
Excellent sun terrace on the 1st floor that caught the sun all day.
There is a small swimming pool, sauna and Jacuzzi. Will definitely make a return visit

We found the hotel to be very clean. The only exception was the tablecloth was not changed and stained or spilt on for 2 or 3 days.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The hotel, we thought, was a little too far from the main town, about 20 minutes walk, although mostly flat. Buses stopped across the road from the hotel and were very cheap and quite frequent to most other places of interest.
The bedrooms were a little larger than most we have experienced at other hotels.
The food at breakfast was excellent with a good choice of English and Continental cuisine. Dinner had a good selection considering the size of the hotel, only 23 rooms.

Hotel is just across the road from Sa Coma beach.
Its very clean and the maids change the linen and towels every day.
The rooms are spacious with plenty of wardrobes etc. Fully equipped bathroom.
TV in each room and has BBC1 and BBC2 and CBeebies. There is A/C and even a radio!!
You have to hire a kettle which cost us 3e which you got back at the end of the week. We took our own plastic mugs. We didn't bother with fridge hire as it was not warm enough and we use UHT milk.
Breakfast was best meal of the day! Buffet style and plenty of typical UK breakfast.
Dinner was good too with plenty of choice.
Staff at reception, maids and waiters were brilliant.
The indoor pool was fab, especially as we had rubbish weather.
Would not recommend for families as its not really catered for children. Saying that though, they did their best to accomadate. We were the youngest ones there and had an 8 and 2 yr old with us.
The bar Shannigans along the road is catered for the English and is cheap. It has internet there too.
There are plent of shops and restaurants just outside the hotel.
The bus stop is literally outside the hotel door. You can get almost anywhere on the island from the stop.
The resort train also stops right outside.
There is a bar, which is clean and modern. There is a TV but no entertainment.
Would recommend this hotel to couples.

What a small frendly hotel! we stayed just as the season ended and it was very quiet, the staff were excellent and have obviously worked there for years.
Room has air con and tv (with bbc 1/2 only).
The hotel restaurant is small and has a buffet system in place the meal comprises of a soup, salad bar, main (fish, meat, and wet dish),sweet table, the food was very well cooked and seasoned perfectly (im a chef so I should know)though the menu was somewhat interesting, but really no complaints.
The pool...........ahh! What a pool just what you need after exploring the island and the jacuzzi wow!
Whoever thought of putting a pool indoors in spain took a chance but for me it paid off....well done bonsi.
Close to the beach? yes less that one mins walk from front door.
Really great hotel if you want a friendly quiet and peaceful holiday.

We booked this hotel as a small and friendly through thompsons. I have to say it does exactly what it says on the tin.
This was a very nice hotel in a quiet part of C'an Picafort, but next to the best beach. It takes under a minute of relaxed shambling to get to the beach, and the room we were in gave us a nice view of the bay, although not all rooms offer this as it is set on the street behind the promenade.
There were very good shops in the locality and a very friendly and relaxed feel to that part of the town. The rooms are well air conditioned and kept nicely clean by the staff. They have a nice indoor pool with a jacuzzi to die for, especially after a hot day frying on the beach. The food was OK, but the chef has some interesting ideas about what food goes with what! It was all well cooked though, and the locality has several good restaurants a few minutes away. There is a bus stop right outside which takes you into the centre in a flash, and there is much fun to be had zooming around on electric scooters, especially along the very nice promenade.
We Had the most relaxing time, and I cannot stress enough how enjoyable I found the whole holiday. We went on some great trips through thompsons, and spent the rest of the time in a very relaxed state. This is a nice, friendly hotel that deserves consideration.

Our holiday was a last minute late deal holiday, on an allocation on arrival basis. We were a little nervous wondering what the standards of the hotel would be like as we could have been placed in any. But we were pleasantly surprised by Hotel Bonsai. A lovely small friendly hotel.
The rooms were beautiful and a perfect little sun balcony which catches the sun all day!
The staff were very friendly and experienced and the indoor pool and jacuzzi, very refreshing! I took advantage of the free sauna every morning before strolling across to the beach (less than a minute away).
