This is an all-inclusive hotel and that mean queues and queues, in spite of us being self-catering.
Sunbed queuing at 7 in the morning, and half the time the beds were simply reserved all day and rarely used. The pool areas were very crowded - not enough space for the loungers.
Queuing for the restaurant, with no much offer for vegetarians.
Struggling to find a seat for the evening entertainment. Longer queues at the bar etc.
The apartments were a bit dated, no problem with this, but the beds were a little hard.

The food was excellent! Breakfast was best we have had abroad. The hotel had clean rooms but they did need a bit updating but are spotless.
The location was not the best, you have a bit of walking to do to find your way around.
The hotel staff are brilliant, the entertainment team made the holiday. We saw some fabulous acts Sid Little from Little and Large I even enjoyed the opera. Yes I would go here again.

We stayed for 7 days. Hotel although basic was very clean and staff very friendly. Food was of a high standard despite being massed produced. This was the only English hotel with the other being German and Swedish.
The walk into town is a 5 minute walk and offers a good selection of bars and shops. One tip is as soon as possible get the can picafort express train. It takes you around the local area and is a good way to get your bearings and see whats available in the area.
Also make sure you go to the pirates show that is shown.
