Check in was very quick.Hotels is very clean. Excellent location, 10 mins to Palma Nova and 5 mins to Magalluf beach.Located next to BCM night club, we didn`t hear any noise. Next door is The house of Katmandu, which opens in May, it was still a building site when we were there but we didn`t hear any noise.
The food is excellent, one of the best choices I have seen in a hotel.The desserts are fantastic, they have ice creams, cakes,jelly,fluffs even a hot pudding and fresh friut.Drinks in the hotel are not bad prices. A bottle of wine for 6 euros a glass for 1.5 euros, a pint 3 euros. cocktails 4 euros.Entertainment was ok, we stayed in most nights as there were a few children in for our son to play with.
The staff were all polite.
I would visit this hotel again.

Booked via Sol website, using MAS points card I picked up holiday in the Summer. Cost was 93euros for double room for 2 nights.
Room was very clean, and on our second afternoon we found a bottle of cava, two glasses and a welcome back card and gift.
Hotel was very clean, room spotless with bath, shower and bidet. Nice large balcony that held the sun till late afternoon.
Lots of choice in restaurant , food hot and tasty.
Indoor swimming pool was very warm and hotel has private parking.

We have stayed in this hotel for the last 6 years and have had an excellent time each year.
Food is excellent plenty of choice.
Rooms exceptionally clean.
The staff are very helpful and could not do enough for us.
The location is great near enough to enjoy the nightlife and far enough away for a good nights sleep.
We have already booked to go next year and we always meet up with the same people every year, I would recommend it to anyone.

Very clean, food is excellent, very good location near to the bars and restraunts, fairly close to the beach.
Entertainment is geared for children in the early evening and there are always activities for them during the day.
Overall I find that Sol hotels are very good and this no exception.
Going again next year.

We stayed at the Sol Magaluf Park for a week from 4th April (to coincide with Easter school holiday).
No complaints with the flight (on time both ways). We asked for 3 rooms next door to each other on a low floor. We were allocated rooms 137, 139, and 141. Everything appeared to be ok with the rooms, even though they are looking a little worn.
Came back to the rooms on the first night to be greeted by cockroaches in 2 of the rooms. Hardly got any sleep because they were coming up through the plug holes and through the ceiling light!! Four of us ended up sleeping in one room to get away from them. Reception were informed and someone came to the rooms to spray repellent and also to clean up the dead ones. After a sleepness night, we asked to be moved and we were moved the following day (not much fun with 4 kids).
The hotel and rooms were very clean and all the staff extremely friendly. The dining room was like a sauna, a couple of nights we ate out rather than eat in the dining room. I dont know if they have air conditioning but it must be an absolute nightmare in July and August.
Food was OK. Cant say we were excited by the prospect of eating in the dining room every evening. Just a case of eating your food and getting out as quickly as possible to escape the heat.
Hotel location great with a good selection of bars and restaurants nearby. Dont forget your earplugs if you are staying here, I have never stayed in a hotel with such thin walls.

We enjoyed our weeks holiday although the hotel rooms were not very special. The cleaners did a great job.
I do agree about the restaurant it was very warm. The hotel is in a central location it is very noisy I noticed the hotel caters well for disabled. It even hires out scooters although Im unsure about it havin much for children but thats probabley because we went just before the summer season.
All in all the holiday was good for the money we paid.

Just got back from the hotel after staying there with my Mum and Dad.
Rooms were fantastic with mirrored wardrobes, TV (Sky news & Eurosport) and Fan. Rooms were always cleaned nicely, fresh clean towels provided daily. And even bottles of shower gel, shampoo, and hand soap provided on your arrival.
We had no complaints with the food at all, usual favourites like full English for breakfast, and chips and ice cream in the evening. but there was always a selection for everyone.
The Staff in the reception were not that friendly but this didn't bother us as we only needed to talk to them when we wanted to change up our travellers cheques etc.
The entertainment was good enough, again you have your favourites like children's shows, bingo etc, but you could sit down and watch it and wouldn't get bored easily.
We have already booked up to go back to this hotel in Sept 2005, as we all had a great time.

Had brilliant holiday. Food out of this world. Room cleaned daily and overall cleanliness was superb.
Pool little cramped and evening entertainment bit limited, but on the whole very impressed.

Hotel situated in noisy part of Magaluf, by 18-30 apartments, by busy Nightclub BCM's. Didnt find staff very friendly. Restuarant was fine but found on several occasions dirty cutlery and plates.
Maintenance not very quick on putting things right.No air-conditioning just ceiling fans, not much use in July weather.Entertainment OK, food ok and plenty of it.
Probably would not visit again.

The rooms were cleaned every day and the overall hotel was very clean.
Food was very basic and was the same kind of food all the time.
Great location right in the centre of everything.
Staff were very friendly.
Entertainment quite basic got fed up most of the time and went out for entertainment.
Wouldnt go back because the pool is quite small and no air conditioning in rooms only a ceiling fan that didnt work very good.
