When we booked the Promenade/Panama apartment we weren't really sure what to expect, especially as they were described as budget and basic. However, we were pleasantly surprised. The apartments were built in the 70's and are quite dated with basic facilities (ie cooking facilities)but are spotlessly clean. Lovely little complex with 2 pools (one for children) and a bar cum snack bar, serving drinks and basic meals at very reasonable prices. All the staff very friendly and helpful. If you want luxury and all mod cons then the apartments are not for you but if you want small and friendly then you can do no better for the price.
Would I stay here again? Yes, we are going back in September!!
