We arrived at the Biarritz hot and tired with two young children, the guy at reception ignored us until I called out to him.
I knew he had seen us but I put it down to him being rather busy but I'm afraid I could not make any other excuses for his attitude towards us he just didn't seem to like the English.
The apartments were occupied by mainly young german youths who took over the pool completely. We were the only English there which wouldn't have been a problem if the other guests had been friendly and a bit more considerate.
The apartments were clean but basic and the view from the balcony was lovely.
