The hotel was clean and the staff were approachable, however, they could speak very little english as playa de palma is a holiday resort for german visitors. When we arrived at the hotel the receptionist kept asking up if we spoke german as he could not understand us.
This is not a family hotel, one receptionist who could speak a little english informed us it was mainly young german groups from 18 - 25 in age. 'nightmare'.
The security signs in the room are in german, the radio is in german and the tv is in german. There is no entertainment provided by this hotel but we wouldn't of understood anyway as we do not speak german.
