We stayed in Room 406 which was located on at the rear of the hotel, whilst the room was ok, clean and tidy the bed's and towels changed and a fan in the room. I would not visit again, due to a couple of thing's. When arrivng at the hotel you have to climb about 8 stairs with luggage to the lift, when you arrive a the lift, the lift is very tiny and no assistance offered. The green carpet on landings very dirty and had stains on it. Breakfast not very good and dirty plates, language difficulties getting the plates replaced with clean ones, also having to ask for clean cups, they should be out as standard, food left uncovered, food not replenised without asking. Location of hotel ideal, little things let the hotel down. We asked for an early morning call on 1st morning, woke up on own accord late for bus to market, phone not fixed for whole duration of stay, could not use the phone on last day, yet not fixed.

The Capri is in a brilliant location on the Pine Walk and close to the marina and many bars/restaurants. The room was spotlessly clean, but very dark and stuffy as the window opened out against a brick wall. I didn't realise when booking that we didn't have our own balcony and this in a way was a real downside. There is a handy "public" balcony off the lounge on the first floor with sea views which anyone can use but it is not the same as having your own balcony. There is a fan in the room which was most welcome but I wouldn't recommend booking a room without a balcony during the height of summer. However, the staff were helpful, the room was kept clean with the towels being changed daily and the breakfast was plentiful with a good selection of hot and cold food. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who prioritised location over everything else but paying the bit extra for a balcony room with seaview is paramount!

I have no complaints about the hotel, and would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is right on the sea front, and breakfast is taken on the hotel terrace overlooking the sea, weather permitting. There was a large selection and ample food for breakfast.

The hotel staff could not have been more helpful or friendly. Even a hotel maid lent a member of our party a euro when they were buying a paper in the local supermarket which had no change. It was the staff that made our hotel stay extremely enjoyable.

We had booked a room with balcony and sea view and again this contributed to our enjoyment of the hotel.

On the downside, the hotel does not possess air conditioning, although fans were provided. Travelling in September this did not cause us any discomfort.

Use of a pool at a sister hotel was also available.

The only other annoying point is the music that is played in the bar, seemed only to consist of two Cd's, which became annoying over a period of time. There is only so much Whitney Houston a person can stand!

In conclusion I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this resort.

I have been to Puerto Pollensa twice in the past but have stayed in apartments. This was the first time at Capri Hotel but I would certainly recommend it!

It is as described "small & friendly".

The staff are more than helpful (especially Pedro). The rooms are cleaned daily and the towels changed as often as you require.

You could not ask for a more perfect location, we sat and ate our breakfast overlooking the beach/sea which was really lovely.

The best rooms are overlooking the sea but if you can't get one of those then I would strongly advise one with a balcony as there is no air conditioning.

I cannot fault this hotel and the next time I visit Puerto Pollensa I will definitely be staying there again.

We stayed at the Hotel Capri for a week in May 2003, and it was a really lovely hotel. The staff are so friendly and helpful, the breakfast was lovely and the hotel is in an excellent location. The beach is just across a pedestrianised road, and the hotel's private jetty provides a relaxing place to sit by the sea. Snacks and drinks can be bought from the small hotel bar throughout the day. There is also a fairly large balsony on the second floor, providing magnificent views of the bay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who loikes small, friendly accomodation with all amenities nearby.
