My partner and 2 teenage boys visited in May 08, although the weather was not great we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and agree with many of the others with regard to the cleanliness of the hotel. The staff in the bar Rashid, Juan and Felix were excellent, food in the flora is just snacks but priced really resonably, i would recommend paying the extra and booking B&B as it is served from 8 till 11 and freshly cooked to order not a buffet style and very good, entertainment was okay, as there is only one guy named Will resposible for the entertainment and he wasnt very organised!!!The location is great just 2 mins down the road to the sea front, lots of bars and restaurants on the square, market on the Wednesday very busy, resort not rowdy it is a great place for families with a few that we spoke to returning year after year. We also met a lovely family from newcastle that helped make our rainy holiday fun !!!!!

This hotel is in an excellent location for access to Puerto Pollensa shops/bars etc. Visit Pepes across the road for super (huge) breakfast for 5.50 euros.
The hotel was fantastically clean with superb room service. Reception were very helpful and polite although bar staff were not just as friendly.
The downside was in July the pool area is far too small for the number of people staying. The pool was jammed solid for most of the day and unless you get up at dawn to "reserve" your sunbed (with the incredibly ignorant habit of laying your towel across it)dont enen think of getting one. Saying that my kids were happy to spend time there- but we found it disappointing-lots of teenagers trying to impress the opposite sex can get you down after a bit-so we stuck to the fabulous beach.
Now entertainment-firstly we do not particulary enjoy hotel entertainment and the Flora was no different-horrendous Kareoke, average singing groups and very loud disco (Agadoo, conga etc) was quite unpleasant-the only good thing was it ended by 11:30pm when all was quiet. My advice is to enjoy the evenings in Puerto Pollensa which is wonderful.
Apartments are basic but well maintained.
Overall the hotel offered good value for money and I would return-just a shame about the pool but that is the price you pay for visiting in high season.
Also visit the charity shop next to Pepes for cheap books and beach toys etc which you can give back at the end of your stay.

The Flora Apartments is a very friendly place to stay, it is in a central location, and very close to the beach & pine walk, best enjoyed in the morning.
The staff are excellent & all are friendly, including the bar staff. They will help & give you advice on where to go & eat.
The pool area was kept clean and although there isnt enough sunbeds to go around, it IS a good idea to get up at the sunrise and grab your bed - if you dont, your on a chair for the rest of the day!!!!
The food in the pool bar was very tasty & also good value for money.
the maid service was for 6 days out of 7 ,and the rooms were left spotless.
If you wanted airconditioning then you paid for that when you arrived - or you could melt.
The entertainment this year in the flora was not as good as the last year, but with a bit of guidance the girl could've been better.
As for the "conga" - people were enjoying their last night of their holiday!!

Lovely roomy apartments with lovely staff, entertainment was only o.k. but as it was early in the season this can be forgiven.
Falcon/ First Choice staff were great and very enthuastic. Great location just a couple of minutes from the beach. Lovely food in the Flora itself and not at all a rip off. Great breakfast just across the road in Pepes for five euro. Would be great for families with small children but I would not recommend Pollensa to teenagers or young people.

Were very lucky to be allocated these apartments on accomadation on arrival.
Excellent aparthotel staff very helpful and friendly, ate here most nights food excellent and cheap.Maid service every day clean towels and sheets daily.
Location excellent, near beach and lovely beachside walk to shops. Excellent choice for families and couples very family orientated, not for young 18-25 year olds.
Will definitely return to these apartments next year after a disastrous holiday this year to Salou.Dont be afraid to book these apartments or go to Puerto POllensa you will have a very enjoyable holiday.
