Hotel staff were really friendly. Having read other reviews about the lack of sunbeds around the pool we were a bit concerned but the apartments have addressed this issue and there were loads. cant comment on the food and entertainment as we ate out every night.
Maid service 5 times a week, toaster and microwave, and tv with bbc1 being the english channel.

The rooms were spacious and extremely clean, towels were changed frequently. Maid service was 6 days a week.
There was entertainment 7 nights a week and many of the acts were professional.
We enjoyed it so much we are going again in June 2005.

This was our first family holiday as our daughter had just turned one. The holiday was fantastic and the Hotel was brilliant, I couldn't recommend it enough, it is really family orientated and there are lots of activites for the whole family to get involved in.
The hotel is situated about 5 minutes from the beach and is surrounded by lots of little shops including a Spar which we shopped at most of the time.
The Food that the hotel served was awful though so if your going to go then I would advise Self-Catering as there are lots of family friendly pubs in and around the Sa Coma area.
We ate from the Kids menu a couple of nights as the adult menu was really bad. They served Chicken in Coca-Cola sauce one night !!!
Watch out the those early risers with their towels though. Some had theirs out at 8.30 even though there is signs up advising that this is not allowed.
The Hotel pool and surrounding areas in the hotel are lovely and well kept too though, and the The Sa Coma beach is lovely.

The hotel was spotless, although for about an hour we had a very very heavy downpour, apparently the only one for months, so the hotel reception got flooded, but that wasn't there fault.
The hotel food generally was good, breakfast however was repetitive and boring. The evening meals were good though, athough the last night my girlfriend had a chicken breast in bread crumb, but the chicken was raw inside. BUT this was a one off, and my girlfriend, throughout the holiday, always looked foward to the evening meal...
The location was good, and the Spar across the road is very good for most things that you may want like snacks and drinks. Very well priced as well. I would say it is worth buying a huge tub, not bottle of water as although I'm sure the water is ok here, as always, it's better drinking bottled water.
The beach is so close, its awsome, nearly everyday we were down there.
The hotel staff were excellent couldn't fault them one bit, really couldn't. And the Thomson rep Chris is superb, really, really good at what he does.
The entertainment for me was Ok. The proffesional acts didn't interest us, but we did see the rep shows, these were actualy very funny.
If you get the chance definitely go to a show called Pirates, it is so worth the money, not only do you get a meal out, but you get a show, the stunts and moves they do are first class, I can't even begin to explain them. This is a must do trip!!!!

Location is excellent right near the beach
Entertainment was average, involved a lot of reps, and sometimes it was dull.
Food was ok, nothing fantastic, but the breakfast is well worth the money.
I have travelled on a few Superfamily holidays, and think this particular hotel is suitable for younger children. Not once was there any activities for Teenagers, it seems children had to be accompanied with a parent to participate in anything!! My son not too happy there was no football activities.
If you book direct it saves quite a lot of money, but if I had been paying Thomson Prices I would have been dissappointed.
Overall a good holiday.

We ate in the hotel a few times and it was fine. THE BBQ NIGHT WAS THE BEST FOOD WISE. Entertainment at the hotel was good and family orientated.
Sa Coma is a lovely family resort with a good beach
nice pedesterian walkway and it felt safe.
Overall an excellent choice.

Our children Ben 6, Rebecca 8, & Danielle 10,loved it. When Chris or Rodey came around the pool to tell us what activites were on for the day we never saw the children, they were off to take part. Even we took part in a few of the activities ie, Waterpolo, boat races, rifle shooting & many more.
Chris the hotels all round entertainer was fantastic. His afternoon quiz around the poolside were great fun, sometimes hard & sometimes easy.
The evening entertainment was also good, we would have 3 professional act a week the rest of the nights were done by the reps & hotel entertaiment team. I have to say sometimes the they were better than the professional acts.
We never eat at the hotel as there are plenty of english pub to eat at ie, antic, the grapes, the britannia, only fools & horse etc.
My only complant about the whole holiday was the pool area. The pool area was never hosed down, The beds were not chained up so this ment that people we out getting the best spot for the sunbeds at 7am, by 10am there were no beds left.
