Unfortunately for us, we didn't like this hotel as the company we booked with did not tell us that this hotel has 99% German/Dutch guests.
Everything was German, entertainment, etc. Totally useless for my Wife and 21month old boy.
Found guests ignorant.
Kids play area clean but minimal, slide, swing.
A larger English group may find Hotel better than our small group.
Hotel staff helpful on arrival.

We've recently returned from an excellent holiday at Club Menorca, Cala'n Bosc. There were 3 families in our group - 6 adults and 7 children ages between 9 & 14.
The hotel is all inclusive and majority of guests are German with a few Dutch also. Staff understand English ok for essentials - ordering drinks etc!
Negative points were no air conditioning in the apartments and lack of good quality entertainment each night. We hired a fan for our apartment and this made a great difference.
The main entertainer is "Sander" who is a Dutch lad and is excellent with families during daytime providing the normal activities - darts, tennis, volleyball, football etc. He is also fluent in English. Night time entertainment is limited to mini-disco for young kids, a quiz or something similar most nights and professional shows 2 nights per week. One of our nights had a group of singing Hippies who were excellent gaining at least 4 encores!
Positives were the food - best I've ever experienced and cleanliness & safety of the complex. Meals were a real treat with great selection each time in the air conditioned dining room.
The pool area was excellent with a big pool together with a seperate kiddies section. Whilst we always managed sun beds each day we did notice that towels were on them at very early hours! The all inclusive drinks were normal fare and bar generally closed just before midnight as vast majority of guests had young families.
All in all a great holiday although lack of air conditioning would mean that we would be unlikely to return.
