having booked this holiday at last minute to be close to relatives staying in a nearby hotel I was not sure what to expect
From entering the hotel I felt welcome, the reception staff particularly were extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble. All staff spoke excellent English and were very professional.
The apartment was very spacious and clean. linen and towels changed regularly.
we only ate lunch in the hotel restaurant, the quality was very good.
I witnessed two accidents during my stay, both genuine careless accidents, the hotel and representative staff were very fast to respond to the minor and more serious injuries. both were dealt with professionally and with care.
Entertainment was provided by two (almost) resident staff, both worked very had and devoted alot of time to their clients. A troup of flamenco dancers performed a the hotel one night - some of the best modern flamenco I have seen.

The cleanliness was spot on, regular changes of towles and linen and cleaning of the room.
The food in the restaurant was good too with a good selection, shame the lobster stew was not on there though. However the quality of the food and willingness to please by the staff was welcomed. It was nice to be delivered an alcoholic shot when the bill was delivered. mmmm!
The beach was just ten minutes downhill walk from the
hotel and was clean.
Staff there were great and most had almost perfect English. Always looking to help.
Well the hotel had two almost resident entertainment staff who were on the go from morning to midnight keeping folks happy around the well kept pool. The one night we were treated to Coky the Clown, an act they bring in regularly. First thoughts were a clown act? Oh my God!! The surprise was with me as they went through a polished routine finishing off with two excellent illusions.
I always find that the true way to rate any holiday is the hotels reaction to adverse situations. My mother had a fall off the hotels premises but we were helped by the staff so much. Their advice was invaluable and every time we seen any of the Thomas Cook staff or the hotel staff her well being was being asked after. I had to phone the hospital on several occasions from the hotel room telephone and feared the worst when paying but was amazed at the tiny cost. Whenever taxis were required the hotel staffs dealt promptly and effieciently with the request.
Would I go again? Definitely!! Even my mum said she would love to go there again. It was a great hoiday with a good mix of things to do for young and old

Having booked the holiday literally 24 hours before, I had no idea what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised.
The rooms were generously proprtioned, the view of the bay was brilliant. Maid service kept the rooms clean and tidy with new towels & linen as required.
The staff spoke excellent English, and ALWAYS smiled and seemed genuinely happy to help. They would even joke in english and had quite a 'risque' sense of humour..
Sharon the entertainer worked her bits off from the moment she was on duty to past my bedtime..! Entertainment was geared to the children, but was fun for all ages, and they tried hard.
The pool was always clean and room to swim and play - never had to fight for space..
