Resort was nice. It was quite small and not built up but had several bars and supermarkets.

Comments on the resort
Punta Prima is a very small, very clean, quiet resort with a beautiful, sandy beach - perfect for families. There are a few restaurants and shops but no discos or clubs. We ate in Sebastians a few times which caters for all tastes at a reasonable price. There is also a play area there to keep the kids amused. One of the highlights for the kids was the little train running betwen Punta Prima and Binibeca (well worth a visit). We also took a bus from Punta Prima to the capital city, Mahon. This is well worth doing - it only takes about half an hour and is vey cheap. We hired a car at the resort and spent three days touring the island which again I would recommend.

Punta Prima is an ideal place to relax and enjoy a break with the family. Hope we can go back some time soon!

It was good to be able to walk about without being bothered by timeshare touts or lookie/lookie men. Beach was beautiful with soft white sand and the water was clear blue.Very clean resort with two supermarkets and a few shops.Other complexes nearby with entertainment if yours is no good.

Nice beach which could get busy. Quiet resort, with ample bars and restaurants for the numbers visiting.

Punta Prima was a pleasant resort, not a lot going on there. A nice beach, nice sand and enjoyable to watch the holiday makers having fun. Nice places to have a meal and people watch. Quiet sort of surrounding area, lots of nice villas by the sea.

There is a little train/bus you can get to Binibecca which was nice. Nice places to eat there and nice to walk around in the evening, recommend you do this for a change of scenery.

We did hire a car for a week and went round this loverly island. Far cheaper to hire when you get to the resort than booking before you go. Mahon is an easy drive.

We would go back to the hotel Sur Menorca again even though it is not on the beach. We had a smashing holiday and enjoyed all aspects of it, rooms, staff, beach, entertainment.

A very small resort with only a few cafes and no organised entertainment. The island itself is idyllic and a must for anyone wanting to get away from the fast life.

The beach is relatively small. The beach is fine white sand and is relatively clean. The sea is very safe for kids as it is a very shallow slope. There were a few jelly fish around though when we were there. The restaurants are very good and there are two SPAR supermarkets and a chemist, which are very well stocked.

It's a fairly quiet resort, but that was what we had wanted and expected.

Lovely and quiet, with low key entertainment which shuts down at about 11.30pm, allowing us to get a good nights sleep. Wonderful beach, plenty of space. Parasols and 2 sunbeds for 18 euros a day (approx £13), which for a whole days entertainment is not bad.

A couple of supermarkets which seem to stock everything you could ever need on holiday, a pharmacist which stays open until 8.30pm which is very handy.

A nice safe feel to the resort.

punta prima is quite a small resort, but kept spotlessly clean and tidy, there is not to much in the way of entertainment but thats rather nice as you do not tend to get the teenage noise element, the beach is small but very clean, shame about the cost of a sunbed and brolly (8 euros).

As we visited out of season there did seem to be very much going on. This is a very small quiet resort even in summer according to reps only a handful of bars and restaurants, no clubs, a few supermarkets and gift shops.
Would be ideal for a very relaxing holiday.Would suit mature couples who like a beach holiday and a quiet evening meal. Although OK would not be tempted to visit again.
