The Apartments were very clean and well kept, we had a room overlooking the pool which was never overcrowded and we were always able to get sun loungers.
The location was very central to restaurants/bars/shops etc however the beach close by was rocky and right next to the harbour, it was overcrowded and not overly clean so we went to the blue flag beaches that were a short taxi ride or a very long walk!!
The sister hotel next door hires bikes so a trip to the sand dunes is a must, there spectacular!

After reading varying reports, we were very pleased with the accommodation which had been recently refurbished.
The rooms were cleaned everyday, towels changed every other day.
The staff in reception were very friendly & helpful.
My only complaint was the pool! It was dirty & not heated in January it was to cold. This was easily over come by using the larger pool in the sister complex next door.
The kitchen facilities although basic were very clean and mainly new, with the exception of the time warp fridge!
Bathroom very clean had to fill the bath at 5 o'clock to get warm bath though!

The location of the accommodation was good as you had easy access to the beach and to all the bars and restaurants which were perhaps 5 minutes walk away.
This accommodation is purely self catering although you can use the facilities at the hotel next door the Dunas Caleta which was very nice. There is a poolside bar which serves snacks and pizzas which although I never tried did look very nice. The pool area was very dangerous if you had small children running around as the poolside tiles were very slippy when wet. The newly renovated rooms were spacious and very well equipped with Microwave, toaster, kettle, two ring cooker and all the utensils and crockery you would require. There is a lovely spacious bathroom and a nice size bedroom with a large wardbrobe this housed a safety deposit box which was payable at reception and to be honest I think one firm yank and the door of the safe would have opened. (but I never heard of any crime anyway)
The maid visited every other day and kept the room clean with clean sheets and towels (although the towels were a little worn). The only down side was that renovations were taking place and some noise was experienced when they are knocking tiles off which at times was very annoying and very loud.

We booked to stay in Los Alisios Appartments, Corralejo some time ago then heard bad reports about the appartments - ie, run down, shabby etc. We have just returned from our holiday today and we had a great time. Some work is still being carried out at the appartments & we did hear some noise during the day, but we had a refurbished 2 bedroom appartment and we really couldnt fault it. It had a living area with tv, kitchen with 2 ring cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster & all cooking utensils needed. Bathroom was a lovely size & very "new". Bedrooms were a good size & had sliderobes. We had 2 small children with us and we spent all day everyday at the pool, usually eating at the pool side bar and we all had a wonderful time. Staff were very friendly and went out of their way to assist in any way they could. I was a bit apprehensive about going to these appartments after reading previous reports, but I would recommend them & would visit them again.

Just returned from 2 weeks at the Alisos. All we can say is excellent....great rooms, great pool, great location.
The opposite can be said for the sister complex, Las Dunas Calete...just about room to stand in that pool never mind attempt to swim, very noisy, food so-so, in fact La Dunas reminded me of a British holiday Camp!!! Can't fault Los Alisos though.
True there was some renovations being undertaken at a couple of the older apartments to the front of the complex but the noise wasn't too intrusive. Apartments are excellently located for the main strip and some spotlessly clean beaches, the harbour being a 10 minute stroll away.
Reception staff are very friendly and helpful.
We would not hesitate to use Los Alisos again.
