Didn't bother with the themed restaurant, the normal one was excellent.
Rooms in Main Hotel have more breeze and sea view. They are also closer to the main facilities

Try for pool view room. Some of the ground floor apartments at the rear of the complex didn't get any sun.

I can see through the recent influx of brit bars because I have been going here for over 25 years, and still return. It was a typical fishing town but has changed over the years to a lively resort with everything you could wish for. A diversity of bars and restaurants (I avoid the brit bars apart from The Blue Rock which has been there since day one)and plenty of every type of entertainment available. You can choose the type of beach location you require, lively, quiet, sheltered, waves or calm all within easy access. There are plenty of day trips of every kind but I always hire a car because there are some amazing locations inland. If you can't find something here that you like, there is nowhere you will. Sitting in one of the beach bars watching the sun going down melts all of your worries away. I am a veggie and trust me there are a fantastic choice of meals available, even if there is not much on the menu just ask, I have never found any reluctance to help. While writing this I am looking forward two weeks when I will be out there again.

Corralejo is a very clean resort , the local street cleaners walk the streets very regularly .
This also let the holiday down , the main street is where all the entertainment is centered with pubs , bars , restarants dotted up the one main strip , they standard is very poor and every restarant has staff members trying to get you to go in there place to eat or drink , it was ok for the first night but gets very annoying after a few days , just be firm and tell them no thank you !!!
This was a great point about Corralejo the beaches were outstanding , just a pitty if our family wanted to go to any of the good ones we had to get a taxi ,
If you are reading this review , and are going to be staying at the bristol playa , then please do take into account what i have said , i would hate to think that a family group are staying here for a week , and another mum will have to feel the way i did about my children being unhappy on there holiday , they could not let there hair down and just have fun like kids do !!! it is there holiday as much as every other grown up ......

Corralejo is a quiet resort, relatively speaking, with one main road lined with shops and restaurants leading down to the harbour. There are only two beaches with most of the front lined with volcanic rock, however the two beaches are excellent with golden sands and shallow seas suitable for all ages. The resort is about 30 minutes walk from Flag Beach, which is part of a large sand-dune complex and nature reserve. This is a great location for sun-bathers and those seeking beach sports (wind-surfing and power-kiting from what I saw). There is lots of literature about surfing and body-boarding on this beach, but I saw no sign of it whilst I was there and the surf didn't look particularly good for this. Maybe it's a seasonal thing..? Overall I would say that Corralejo is a good place for a quiet beach holiday.

The beaches are great, full of sand and clean sea too. Forget reviews of expensive prices due to euro exchange, beer is only two euros a pint and food prices are still cheaper than here. Little secret - head towards the small beach in the resort centre, go past the cafe called pescatore with the blue canopy and go up the alley called calle di inglis and find the cafe called el rincon de pericore - the food is astonishing and very cheap. kids meals only four euros and an adult would struggle to finish it! Sirloin steak, chips, salad and pepper sauce is only 7,95 euros, fish, meat, chicken and pizzas on the menu are all under 8 euros and the quality is again superb. Its only a small place, ask for samir (sammy) and i guarantee you wont want to eat anywhere else again - just try it

Resort was very clean, easy to get round. Lots of entertainment, something for everyone. Beach's were super duper.

Very clean resort, although dogs are allowed on some parts of the beach. The beach was swept everyday.
Lots of entertainment from bars/restaurants to a few clubs - if you want peaceful you will find it but if you want noisy you'll find that too!
Would visit Corralejo again.

every thing you need is here. bars and food to cater for all tastes. went to the market on the friday which is an experience (if you are looking for a 20 euro rolex) the beaches are among the best in europe as they form part of the national park (they are huge). took a fishing trip from the harbour which was very disapointing (60 euro for a 4 hour boat trip going round in circles dragging lures around, the 3 of us on the trip never even touched a fishing rod)

This was my first time in Corralejo, having previously been to Jandia. Would definitely go back.
Beaches were lovely - very clean.
Shops and restaurants were a good mix. Our favourites restaurants were Waikiki and Pancho Villas. Plus Chablis pub did a really good full English breakfast.
We really liked Flicks bar in the main street (opposite Santander bank) and if you booked with Thomas Cook you got half price drinks from 8pm to 10pm which was great.
Beware of the people in the main street handing out scratch cards - it's just a timeshare scam! Avoid them if you can!

Lovely resort and great beaches, massive downside was the people trying to get you into their bars or restaurants.

The apartments where only 5 minutes walk to the town or the beach, we found the town very clean, as we saw the cleaners in the streets most days, shops and restaurants are good, the market is a good place to haggle for a bargin. The locals are very friendly and jabber away to you, I just wished I learnt Spanish at school. The beaches on Fuerteventura are some of the best in europe, even the town beaches that are close to the port are clean, and the sea is so clear. you do not need a car staying at Atlantic Gardens, but if you hire one, if only for a couple of days, use cicar.com we have found these great and we have always had fairly new cars, then explore the Island, there are some nice little villages in the middle of knowhere that serve some great fresh fish meals, we dont speak much spanish, but they help you if you try.
