We arrived on February 8th 2005 and left on the 15th. The hotel was very clean although the sparrows flying round the dining room at breakfast were an unusual sight. We found the food to be excellent for all meals. The staff were friendly and cheerful.
We had to ask twice at reception though for extra blankets(because of particularly cold nights) before they appeared.
The entertainment was of excellent quality catering for all tastes.
Watch out for the excursion programmes which, although good, are a bit pricey.
