This is a very nice area of Las Palmas, the streets were pressure washed each night, Las Canteras is a lovely beach with a nice promenade and a good choice of promenade restaurants. If you visit during the Xmas period don't miss the walk around life size nativity story sand sculpture that the city organizes each year. Awarded 3 for resort entertainment as we only used bars playing music, I'm sure the city has much more to offer if you want it.
