This holiday was great! The entertainment was fantastic, The Animation Team we're brilliant! They we're none stop entertainment all day i don't know how they do it. They we're really nice people and will miss them all, as i was there for two weeks:( The hotel guest however did consist mainly of Germans and they were quite rude at times, a few dodge looks and you seem to get stared at a lot during dinner. Was a bit uncomfortable at times. But apart from that it was brilliant! The location was great close the shops and bars. The hotel food was nice but it was the same thing everyday we ended up having spaghetti every night. The rooms and hotel area was very clean, maids arrived everyday morning and left the room spotless. I would definitely come back to this hotel again i loved it and didn't want to leave in the end. Going to miss all the entertainment staff they were outstanding!!!!

hotel looks good on first sight and is good in general although corridors outside rooms very shabby.rooms were lovely and kept very clean maid service daily.hotel food excellent(we went as family two 12 year olds)something for everybody which condidering size of hotel(about 1,000 rooms)is brill.
hotel staff really helpful.animation team were good if you were aged between 18-30 and spoke german, which was good when we were there as overun with germans who completely took over the hotel.
two swimmimg pools one is lovely and quiet the other is noisy as animation team have disco music and games playing from 10.00am till 12.00midnight.if you like a lively hotel this is the one for you definetly not for a quiet relaxing break(not in august anyway)
