We arrived at the hotel not really knowing what to expect having read some bad reports. All I can say that in a party of 9 all of us were more than happy with the standard of the hotel. All our party enjoyed the food on offer. There was always a good selection. The salads and hot food selection were very good. The youngest member of our party was 6 years old and he loved the food. Our room was spacious with two single beds and a sofa bed. Cleaners did a brilliant job keeping the rooms cleaned. The bar area, reception toilets and gardens were well kept and maintained. Cleaners were on duty all day keeping the hotel spotless. The hotel was full but getting a sunbed wasn't a problem, there were plenty available. We didn't really see any of the entertainment as we were out and about most evenings. There are other nationalities staying, but that wasn't a problem, the majority of people were friendly. I would go back to this hotel again if in Gran Canaria, and would recommend it to everyone.

We have just returned from 2 weeks at this hotel. The location is not bad and a free bus runs daily to the beach. The rooms are spacious and clean some have a better outlook than others. The reception is sparse and the few seats in here are the only ones available for a quiet chat with friends, the entertainment was all out side with mainly plastic chairs to sit on, we also found this area very smoky.
The food was of poor quality for a 4* hotel tinned veg, tinned fruit, 1 fresh veg and a few pieces of fruit only available each day. We also noticed the air-conditioning vents in the ceiling were dripping, sometimes on to tables.
There were alot of Germans there, a large proportion of them male couples,this area has a large Gay scene and many seem to frequent this hotel,the hotel brochure states if you have a hyperdermic needle to dispose of to ask at reception for a container!
The gardens are lovely, well kept and peaceful, the sunbeds are comfy and plentiful.We did'nt find the staff over friendly.
We would not return to this hotel!

We stayed here for 9 nights and loved it,we could not fault the hotel.
We found the food very enjoyable and a varied menu on all nights,our 2 children found something to eat every night. At lunch the menu was brill a great choice of pasta pizza and sandwiches,breakfast just fine.
Our 2 children loved the pools and for the first time in the canaries the main pool was not freezing, kids club was ace so we were told. Our family room was spacious with a pull out double bed(no interconnecting rooms avail).
The staff were very friendly from maids, entertainment to reception and reps. Do not go to this hotel if you are 'brits abroad people'which is why we loved it-you get good quailty hotel if majority of German and Scandinavans-go for it and enjoy it,we did.

The hotel was nice except for the Germans on you all the time it is good entertaiment

The hotel was really clean, food fantastic, plenty of choice, also never ending!!!.
A little way from beach but free bus there and back on a very regular basis. Staff very friendly, always ready to help, although we were a couple, I did notice how the staff always had time to talk to the children and give them a little attention.
Entertainment was good, certainly no complaints about this hotel at all.
Would recommend highly as we had a fantatasic break, all that we were looking for and more.
