Hotel is very clean and spacious rooms, however having an adult daughter with special needs and we had 3 adults in our room, her bed was awful and when I asked if I could have another seat for the balcony I was told for safety reasons it was not allowed.
The bar only ever had one person on it in the hotel, the sunbeds were reserved by 11.30 pm in the evening for the following morning, we gave up in the end and went to the water park every day but we had to then pay 2 euros a cushion and 3 euros an umbrella, the water park is open to everyone and at the bar with the all inclusive we got our food on paper plates whilst others got it in nice sturdy boxes.
Entertainment... We never stood a chance of getting a seat, it was again open to all the hotels and when I went to the bar and asked for 3 diet cokes I got a paper shoved in my face saying only two drinks per person. I tried to explain that we were a 3 and that the carer sat with my daughter but it made no difference I had to queue again for the 3rd drink. We then had to sit on concrete floor to watch the entertainment, which I must say was very good.
Crazy golf was 4 euros each and bowling was 6 euros, I have never experienced having gone all inclusive and having to pay for these things. I have never written a bad holiday review before but feel I need to be honest so you know what's it's like.

We had booked the paradise lago taurito hotel (ascross the road) and was out booked to this hotel which was 4 star as opposed to 3star! We didn't have a kitchenette as we booked but had a mini fridge. We were happy with this as we are a family of 5 and had adjoining hotel rooms which were really spacious and therefore had 2 bathrooms.
As it was a new hotel it was really clean had no problems with maid service our room overlooked the pool and sea. The pool area was lovely not a large kids pool but was never really busy however people did reserve sun beds. The food was very good always a good choice of English and other options.
The entertainment was outside and was for the two other sister hotels so could get busy had to get early for seats. The entertainment was sometimes cheesy but good lovely team great with the kids.
The resort is small not many shops, no good if you like walking and shopping but you can get a bus to next resort. Beach very near, small but nice and aqua park outside hotel free entry for this hotel, never got busy so great for kids ( a little old and dated tho) not a good resort to stay if self catering but if all inclusive and don't mind not straying to far from hotel its a great base.
