On 2nd August from tenerife south airport we put are cases on and when we got to hotel the driver give us wrong case and we was kind to send case back to airport hoping to get are case back but we never seen it again.we had to buy new clothes and stuff for me and husband for whole week we there. We know from now we double check are cases before driver leave.

Very clean and comfortable complex. It served good food and had excellent staff. There was entertainment all day.
There were plenty of sun beds and life guard were always on duty. The bar staff were very friendly and there was a good selection of drinks and snacks. The rooms were well equipped and cleaned every day. The towels and bed linen were changed frequently and the balcony was also cleaned regularly.
If you are looking for a relaxing holiday this is the place. Entertainment is not forced on you and there is a different show every night.
