I recently stayed at these apartments and can honestly say the service/facilities available is unsuitable to any family who may visit.
List of issues :
- No air conditioning!!!
- Limited supply of sunbeds for amount of people staying here (had to walk 15ims to beach everyday)
- Pool not suitable for children: very small, partition all the way round which gives the uneasy feeling of not being able to get to your child in an emergency
- General facilities and ameneties run down
- Maid services only every 3 days incl fresh towels
- Wifi only available from 7:30pm and very poor
- Fridge leaking in apartment
- Drainage around complex and in our bathroom is foul smelling
- Uncomfortable beds (bed springs causing me back pain daily)
- Other residents have preferencial treatment
