Great Family Holiday

First time booking a holiday this way as we left some our details with a girl at Tenerife airport on our last holiday in August. Had a phone call offering us a discounted stay, being a bit dubious we spent the weekend comparing prices and was considerably cheaper, so decided to give it a go. Although we were not expecting much. Our room at the resort clean and huge which was perfect for our family, as was the resort which had loads of things to do for all of us. The catch to this offer was an informal meeting. Met up with the Concierge on one of the days, really nice guy who showed us what the concierge can do, really interesting, opened our eyes to other holidays available. We booked a Whales and Dolphins trip and the concierge pointed us in the right direction for a couple of great restaurants. Highly recommend this resort, and the service we received from start to finish. We will be back.

Amazing price, perfect location

After leaving some of our details at the airport we were contacted about a cheap week here, the deal was amazing so we were not expecting much. What we got was amazing, greeted at the airport, spacious clean well equipped rooms (apparently used to be timeshare) the team from book it now were amazing they even found cheaper flights than I could! We have already been in contact with them again to book next years holiday. Would thoroughly recommend the hotel and the book it now people
