We were well impressed with the hotel, particularly the staff, Matilde was fabulous. We were made feel as if we were at home, she even rearranged our meals for us on our last day.
The food was fine, some thing for every one. The plates were always hot except for salads, much better than the expensive hotels on the island. Every where was very clean. Free tea and biscuits at 3pm in the entertainment room. It was about 33c for first few days, the air conditioning in the room worked well.
Superb location on sea front, views of mountain or the sea from the rooms. Not far to McDonalds!
They pay careful attention to detail, list of TV channels and phone numbers, food in the restaurant carefully labelled.
The only thing we complained about was the Thomson's rep called Lee, he looked scruffy and when asked about the money saving Titsa Bono travel card his attitude changed and said it was not very good and expired after six months. Thomson's reps NEVER tell you about the Bono card which can save about 1/3 on bus fares. They prefer to keep quiet about them and push their expensive trips which can be had cheaper in town.
We double checked when the Bono Card expired and loads of people on Tripadvisor, Thomson's own 24 hour helpline and of course the Titsa bus companies head office and their kiosk in town. They all said 12 months!
When Lee started his presentation he was bragging about how he was an experienced rep and knew all there was to know.
If you need any advice ask at reception, they are superb.

Hotel in a great location, we had a room overlooking the lido, although because of its position we did nt get the sun on the balcony at all, and there was a bit of noise on the Sunday morning from the nearby clubs chucking out.Room clean and well furnished, English channels on TV CNN & Sky News, Safe deposit box was 18 Euros for the week.
Food- Plenty of choice, what you would expect from a 3+ star hotel
Entertainment- seemed to cater mainly for the older Spanish guest
Hotel situated a short walk from the old town and harbour and a choice of many bars and clubs.
P.S if staying here the ramp at the side of the hotel which looks as if its going into Mac Donalds leads to the hotel and saves having to drag your cases up the steps.
Visited Loro Parque, adult admission 30 Euros but worth it as it includes all the shows, Mount Teidi, cable car 24 Euros.
Word of warning, if looking for a camera in one of the many electrical shops do your homework re prices first, was quoted 3 different prices at different times in the same shop.Although the shops have different names many appear to be connected.
Also a lot of the cameras are reconditioned ,easy to spot as they come in a box with the makers name on but no model number. Found in the end that "New" cameras are no dearer in the UK

I thought the Hotel was a very nice, clean, pleasant place to stay. Hotel was well located for the lido and / shops / a beach and for the free transport to Loro Parque.
Very wide selection of food was served each day (self service buffet style hot and cold items) so it was always possible to find plenty to eat.
Staff were attentive, the entertainment appeared to be very good.
Room had TV (only news and eurosports in English), safety deposit box (pay extra), Bath with Shower (hot water always available)
My room was on the poolside and there was noise at night from people using Discos on that side of the hotel

The hotel is in a superb location facing the Lido and therefore the Ocean.
There are a couple of Disco's behind the pool area so we asked to move as they were a little noisey and this was done the following morning. The Hotel is very clean and comfortable with a lovely outside seated area if you don't want to watch the entertainment, which was 1st class.
The staff were all very friendly and helpfull. You would be hard pushed to go hungry at this hotel, the food was very good and the drinks a reasonable price.
The hotel is ideal for couples more than children as they don't run a childrens club although there were children at the hotel.
We would go back to this hotel without a moments thought.

This hotel is in a prime location on the sea front
close to the Martinez complex. The problem is that the complex is being revamped,so there is a lot of building work going on starting at 6-00am.
There also 4 disco,s close by which close at 6-00am.
These two combined make it a very noisy hotel which
would not suit light sleepers.
Also our car was badly vanderised by people leaving
the Joy Disco.
I would not recomend this Hotel to a friend although the food and staff are very good.
It would not suit older persons as the front of the Hotel is pedestrianised and you have to carry all your own luggage to and into the Hotel.
