Previously stayed in a standard room but on this occasion we opted for a superior grade double room located on the 2nd floor. Excellent room but, controversially open-plan with both the toilet and separate walk-in shower only segregated from the rest of the guest room by glass screens. There is no table or armchairs but the furnishings and fittings were of very good quality added to which was the benefit of an unsurpassed sea-view. Two queen size beds were firm but not uncomfortable. Plenty of crisp clean comfy pillows.
Spacious buffet restaurant overlooking the sea front with 2 separate grill areas for those that like to see their food freshly cooked.
To summerise, we felt the superior room designer had placed style before practicality, but overal,l we again enjoyed our stay at the PlayaDulce Hotel.
