Hotel is Spanish speaking hotel, staff are rude to the English, classes as family friendly however kids can’t enjoy as they don’t speak fluent Spanish, life guards man handle you when you ask for your towel back after your daughter has been ill due to long ques waiting for drinks in a heat wave, this hotel does not cater for the English, food is awful rabbit stew and pig trotters on the menu daily, complain to first choice and the only response you get is thank you for your feed back no apology nothing, even through report was made in resort with the rep that he didn’t pass on, will never travel with first choice again.
