Location
The overall decor of hotel was lovely. There was bigger and more pleasant areas provided for non-smokers in the hotel lobby, restaruant, bars and bedrooms. (However you do get some selfish people who ignore such measures but the hotel staff once aware of this act efficiently)
The food was repetitive, bland and sometimes warm. But the waiters were friendly and quick to take your drink order. Best to get in to eat by 8.30-9.00pm as queues form to get into restaraunt Dress is informal at evening meals.
The hotel was right on the beach front so the views were great. The waves can get really high which is fun but safe.
The home entertainment, if being compared to gcse effort, I would give a c. The team could have made more of an effort to come round the complex and encourage people to join in games etc rather than rely on them reading a board. Some of the shows went on too long or were spoiled by tech. hitches. More lavish costumes and props needed. The second week's entertainment was a repeat of the firsts.

The food was repetitive and bland. Although a continental style was adopted unless you liked pork or fish you were doomed to eat salad and chips for your stay. After two weeks a little bit of variety was welcome. The pizzeria was wonderful and I would strongly recommend that.
The flies will drive you demented. They are very perisistent and the only way to get rid of them is to go under water.
The location is good if you want quiet or are all inclusive, it is a 20 minute walk to the town centre.
The hotel staff were surley and rude at times. It is a very Spanish hotel and there are only approx. 10% English.
The entertainment, therefore, is also very Spanish and consists of a man on his organ or flamenco dancing. We would not visit this hotel again.

you need to make sure that you leave the unit switched on if you go out!
The staff, I have to say, weren't very friendly, but they are dealing with clients who are mainly Spanish and French. Perhaps the do not understand scouse humour!!
The pool view is also of the sea for most rooms, and offers a wonderful breeze.
You do have to pay for the matresses on the sunbeds, but I didn't enquire about the cost, so be prepared for that!
The bar area is very large and quite impersonal, so we frequented many of the nearby bars, where you get tapas with your drinks whether you want it or not!
The hotel facilities are great for families, and children are well catered for in the basement, with ten pin bowling @4 euros for ten minutes! there were plenty of pool tables, and internet access and games.
The dining area was clean, even at busy times, and breakfast was available until 11am! You could get freshly fried eggs and bacon at the grill, along with the usual continental breakfast on offer. Dinner also offered freshly grilled meats and fish including burgers every night if the children are fussy eaters!!
All in all we enjoyed our stay and would go back
The worst bit was the 'entertainment' which was French all day and evening. So be prepared!

Hotel was kept very clean as were the grounds, rooms were large and clean with an ample supply of towels etc.
Temperature hit 31 degrees but the air con was not switched on until the 1st. June (rules or so they said).
Food mediocre and cold unless you queued at the grill bar area, even then you had to be careful that the food was cooked properly if they were busy.
Mostly spanish here during our stay and the entertainment was low key e.g. organ and singer for dancing, all though there were a few other shows .These were flamenco etc. and put on by a very young troop most of whom were probably still in school.
Most of the main bar staff were surly and looked like they wished you would all go home.We would probably not stay there again.

Hi folks,
Just got back 4.30pm Thursday 30th and boy was it hot. The hotel was good and the ground's were excellent, also excellent for wheelchair's and never short of a bed in the grounds. It was wooden beds and if you wanted a mattress for the bed you had to pay 1 euro 50cents.
We were on 5th floor looking out to the sea and the Garden swimming pool. The rooms were fine for 2 to 3 people. The strange thing was all rooms had air conditioning but they switched it OFF at 8am until 2pm.(I think it was to get people out of their beds) as it was to hot to lie in them if you had a room facing the sun in the morning. The sun was that hot even that early in the morning that you could not touch the silver curtain at the window as it was so Hot.
With the Med Games being on at the moment their was 500 police men and women for the games and 250 were staying in Park. We found the food was Ok but you got the one's who complain but we thought it was Ok. The one very big downside of the holiday was the FLIES, there was 100's of them. I bought a fly swatter. They didn't do any harm but by god they were annoying.
We went to the pool most of the first week and the beach the second (not so many flies). We also did a power of walking along the prom to the town centre which takes about 15 to 20 mins. I was surprised at the heat and sun at 9pm.
If anybody needs any info please get in touch and I will try and help.
Thanks
Charlie

We arrived for the last 2 weeks of June and overall I found it to be a good holiday.
It was extremely hot which was ideal with 2 swimming pools to cool you down if need be, The food was good with plenty of options and there was a chief on hand to cook meat and fish, fresh which is an advantage as sometimes you don't know how long food has been standing around for!! Plenty of chips and Salad which if you travel with someone who is picky this is again good news.
Nice walk down the sea front to the town which is small to say the least.
The hotel leads on to the beach which again is a plus for me and is not over busy.
If like my missus you are a pool person I suggest you grab the beds before you get your breakfast this way if you have small children you would get the best places - being in our 20's we did not mind where we got our beds.
Entertainment - Ha Ha Ha this is where the hotel let it's self down! I'm the kind that cannot lay on a sun bed all day (I do give it a go mind) and do normally join in all the clubs and activities but I found competing on my own boring - however I did manage to win loads of drinks but playing Mini Golf on your own is a bit sad.
The second week did improve entertainment wise but if you have teenage children I would not recomend this hotel or resort if you want to go to a hotel that has friendly staff,Alright food, nice weather (hottest part of Spain!! I'd question that.) and nice pools then this is the place for you.
In all I had a relaxing 2 weeks!!!

Food was excellent, with a good English breakfast if needed, cooked there on the spot. Beach only a matter of yards away, with hotels own lounges for residents. gardens of hotel had plenty of lounges for residents no need to go looking for lounges.
Staff were brilliant, in the restaurant, bars and chambermaids, everyone so helpful and so humble towards the residents, nothing to fault them on.
Entertainment was live every night from solo artistes to duos and Flamenco evenings, could also share all facilities with sister hotel the Gardens.
