Listed as a 4 star hotel, the interior was from the 1960's. Most of the people staying there were Spanish pensioners, probably on a cheap deal. The room was dated, food was rubbish and we ate out most of the week. Swimming pool was empty, and really the entertainment was for the Spanish pensioners. We went elsewhere every night.
Who gives these hotels a 4 star rating???
This company was only interested in taking the money, they have not responded to my email request about our complaints and it says us all really.

Hotel very clean ,Food good ,Restaurant staff very friendly, bar prices in hotel expensive .our room very small but good sea view(9th floor),friends on 1st floor had bigger room but no sea view every one we spoke to thought the beds were too hard 2 lifts in hotel each held 6 people max .pool small but clean ,plenty of sunbeds. Overall hotel not bad as long as you dont expect too much.

This hotel is amongst the best we have stayed in & we have stayed in various accommodations in Benidorm.
It is well situated & within easy walking distance for the beach & is situated midway between the old & new parts of Benidorm on a rather busy street.
We found all the members of staff very friendly, the hotel was very clean & we found the food was very good.........we enjoyed our 1 weeks stay & would have no hesitation in returning again

My friend and i stayed at this Hotel for 4 days on a half board basis. Our coach was delayed in Alicante as we had to wait for another flight to arrive.
On arrival we were met by a lovely gentleman who had arranged for a meat salad, fruit and water to be placed in our room as we had missed the evening meal, which was extremely good of him.
The hotel was extremely clean and all the staff were friendly. I had previously stayed in their Sister Hotel Gran Bali and found the staff at this hotel were 100% better, the staff in the restaurant went out of their way to help you.
Only meals we actually managed to have there was 2 evening meals and 1 breakfast (but that was our fault for sleeping in or not going back to hotel!) The food itself was nothing write to home about but there was plenty of fresh fruit and salads and hot meats and chips so i would give it about 6 out of 10.
The hotel is based directly opposite Los Alamos hotel and is in a busy part of town so if your looking for a quiet relaxing hotel then i would recommend the Hotel Gran Bali in Cala Finestrat.
Rooms were spotlessly clean everyday tidy size room with Mini Bar, the water is charged at 1 euro 50 but the same water is available from shops at 30c.
The location is excellent for pubs and shops and the beach is a 5 min walk away.
The majority of people staying there were between late 40's and 70's which I expected being in March, but thankfully there were no loud lager louts! Ideally this hotel is based for Singles (over 30) couples and families.
We never stayed for the entertainment as it was all very Spanish orientated for the older generation.
Small pool with plenty of Sunloungers and no hogging! The weather was in the 70's and most people headed for the Beach.
There is internet access in the reception area and a small bar by the pool area which was open early and when that one closed the main hall opened
I would stay in this hotel again and do recommend it if you are looking for an area close to the nightlife
