After a delay we arrived late and tired, reception staff were great.
Room and bathroom was really nice, and very clean.
hairdryer in bathroom and fridge in room.
Meals were good but not 4 star.
The entertainment each night was a lovley couple ball room dancing - not my thing, but were able to sit outside.

We found the hotel to be great value for money (it's a lot cheaper in May.
The all-inclusive saved us a lot of money but we were put off when we saw the waiter cleaning the tables with a bottle of gin at the end of the night. On enquiring why he was using the same alcohol that they serve to the customers, his reply was that it was just as cheap as bleach......eurgh! Needless to say, it was branded alcohol from then on (only 1 euro extra)
The rooms were cleaned every day so no complaints there.
The entertainment was very basic but if you want a laugh and are willing to participate then it makes for a good night.
We found the food to be excellent and varied.Even if you find the food to be a bit repetitive, there's a great chicken bar round the corner called Mariano's, serving rotisserie chicken all night.
The hotel was in a great location as it's only a short walk away from the beach and bars. We would stay in the hotel til midnight then make our way down town to take in a different show every night...such a laugh! My favourite was the spanish Beatles. Although the shows are free, the alcohol is quite expensive.... 20 euro a round (4 drinks), hence the reason we stayed in the hotel til the all-inclusive bar closed.
Apart from the bad all-inclusive alcohol I would definately visit this hotel again.
If you get the chance, visit Terra Natura. It's a new nature and aqua park and is absolutely fantastic. The hotel will prepare a picnic for you as long as you book it the night before. Allow yourself a full day at the park as there's so much to see and do.
Happy Holidays!

The all inclusive was fantastic I cant fault it at all. The staff were friendly and always helpful.
The rooms were great to very clean and decorated to a high standard all rooms have satellite tv and a full bath. Rooms are not overally massive but they do the job and are very comfy.
The all inclusive facility was great the food was fab and I didnt have to queue once to get to the bar even though the hotel was running at full capacity. All drinks came in proper glasses and you could get as many drinks as you wanted at one time.
The hotel was in a prime location not too far to walk to the beach and close if not right next to all amenities.
Overall it was great so much so im looking to go back at the end of the month for a week this time.
Id recommend this hotel to anyone.

First off there is no way that this hotel lives up to it's star rating. The rooms are of an average size but you will probably find there is not enough storage space for your luggage, with no where to store the cases. The bathroom is adequate, with plenty of hot water and a hair dryer although the wife preferred her own.
Towels are changed daily and the sheets about twice a week. The room had air con that also served as a heater, ours worked fine but many other people complained.
The food for the first week was terrible, although there was plenty of choice it was always lukewarm or cold.
They had supplied a microwave but you had to queue to use it. There was some show cooking but only a choice of 1 or 2 things every time.
As the hotel started to fill up the food did improve and the Xmas day meal was very good, even though it was served at 1.30 which is too early. Xmas day was the only day there were enough staff in the restaurant, some days there were only 2 waitresses on duty and although the did their best tables were left uncleaned for long periods.
The bars are on the ground and -1 floors. The main one on the -1 floor level has the entertainment, but you would struggle to see it because of all the pillars in the way. the piano bar is on the ground floor, it was either freezing or too hot and the pianist only played 1 night out of the 13 we were there.
If you want to get drunk stick to the lager or wine as the spirits the serve are only 24% proof and you can drink them all day.
Most of the staff are brilliant and nothing was too much trouble for them.
Entertainment was a joke, 1 card of free bingo at 9 and then a so called show at 10 by the hotel team who thought they were brilliant, but in fact were terrible!!!
They did have a few other acts twice a week but these were not much better. It seemed they wanted to push you out of the hotel so you wer'nt drinking and eating their profits.
When we left many people who had booked in for another couple of weeks could not wait for their holiday to end.
The lift service can also be very slow on occasions. One block has 5 floors and the other 21 floors, the lifts are glass sided so if you are afraid of heights ask for a low floor.
Would we stay here again, probably not unless it improves a lot.

Had a great time in Benidorm. Usually we go out to eat most of the time but the food in the hotel was brilliant so we had all our meals there.
Our rooms were cleaned thoroughly every day.
Would defintely recommend this hotel.

Food was OK, not 4* standard, although there was champers and caviar on offer for breakfast!! No snack bar as per normal with all inclusive - snacks were available in restaurant and basically looked like a few re-heated left overs. I think kids/picky eaters would have a hard job finding something they liked.
Pool area suffice for break outwith peak season but did not look big enough to cope with summer crowd.
We enjoyed fab weather and I would return to this hotel again but for for short stay only, and not in peak period.

Food dreadfull at lunch and evening meal but breakfast lovely.
Central location as near to bars and beach.
Staff nice but entertainment is a no go. Caters for spanish all the time.
Flamingo oasis hotel is far superior and just up the road.

The bedrooms were average size with a modern bathroom they even had wallpaper on the walls. The bedrooms were cleaned daily and clean towels provided everyday.
Food was of high standard with plenty of choice the only down side of this hotel was the pool area and the bar.
The pool if you did not get a suitable spot in afternoon the sun was blocked out by the skyscapers. The bar area was a bit plastic looking.
The staff I found very pleasant and friendly but not in the bar as for the entertainment at night very poor we ended going out each night.

From the moment we arrived, reception staff, Santiago, Jane, Patricia and others where friendly, extremely professional and very helpful.
Room was modern, spacious..beds and linen, first class. The bathroom was a delight..clean, modern and everything worked properly!! Air conditionoing was efficient and quiet. Good size balcony with decent views.
Cleaners where efficient and almost invisible. Nice people.
The variety and quality of food was outstanding. Something for every taste and children would have no problems. No repitition and a high standard of preparation made mealtimes an adventure and delight. One word of caution the profiteroles go like hotcakes, so grab them when they come up! I might be back at the sweet and pastry section!!
Snacks out of meal times are basic, but fill a spot.
Lower bar is full of kids and parents and people watching TV. Entertainment is geared up for families. More emphasisis for english speakers now.. you have to give the staff credit for enthusiam and effort.
Bar staff where efficent and friendly. No problems whatsoever with the swipe card system. Bang, bang, swipe, job done!
We preferred the upper bar, no kids, more adult. "Said", the barman, had the whole cocktail...tom cruise thing.. down to a Tee.Good in many languages, helpful, informative...made an atmosphere, along with the other barstaff..recommended.
Management kept everything running smoothly.
I have told friends about this hotel. Well worth a repeat visit. I have cast a critical eye over a few spanish hotels, over the years, and this place comes out very well indeed.
I understand that there may have been some issues in the past. Honestly say that I feel these have been put right.
I would most definitely rate the hotel four star.

The food was great, hot and cold every day and always something new. Even chicken nuggets etc for the kids, and Spanish and British food.
It is located about 5/10 min walk from the beach but didn't seem that far.
The staff was lovely, and very helpful, called the doctor for us and sent him to our room. Bar staff was great, esp with our daughter ,so was the entertainment staff, waiters were fine but could smile a bit more.
The entertainment has been worked on. They still have bingo for a hour but after that they have more games.(guests v staff, who can drink a pint the fastest using a straw with no hands, they even done a strip one night)Played a really good game of guess the tune where you have to run and sit on a chair on the stage if you knew the tune and if you got it wrong people had to sit on you till they got it right. All tunes where English and anyone could join in, also had Spanish dancers etc to.
We will be going back to this hotel again.
I think they have worked hard to take on what people have said, we meet a man out there who always goes there and he said the entertainment has never been better.
