Absolute horrible hotel and appartments

Apartments rubbish, hotel and food horrid. Complained to the hotel as were put on 3rd floor, and everyone who had walking difficulties were told like it or lump it. No lift, no balcony, they were digging the road up underneath us and there was fighting outside at night.

All travellers we met said if they had been told of the location and the steep steps to the apartments, they would have never gone.

Complained to Hays travel and we are still waiting for a reply one month later.

Will never go with Hays travel again – Miss sold holidays.

The apartments were more than ample for two single blokes, ideally situated for the beach/bars. After reading some of the negative reviews I was a bit sceptical, but no problems. The only worry I had was Ryanair didn't release the boarding pass until the day we flew out to Benidorm, which meant we had to spend time trying to find an internet cafe to e-mail the pass to reception, which I might add were very, very helpful. Would I go there again? Definitely YES

We stayed at the estudios apartment in March 08 for my husband 40th Birthday. We went for 4 days and 3 nights.The apartments were lovely and clean and more than adequate for a short break.
