The apartment was very clean when we arrived there and all through our stay. The Balcony Area was fantastic. Alot of room for sitting out in, especially at night, when we come back from were ever we had been out.
The Staff there were very polite and friendly and spoke good english.
The location was perfect. Just a 3 Minute stroll to the beach front. The bars and Resturants were just 2 minutes away, the supermarket was literaly over the road from the front gate of the apartment.
It was quite tiring though coming back up the hill, but hey, take the good with the bad.
The most biggest let down of all, was the pool!! It is very small, there is little space to sunbath around the pool (its not that open). But that wasnt a problem to us because we would use the pool directly over the road from the apartments, which was very nice and quite, alot of room to sunbath.
Another big let down was our rep. We Must of only saw her once on our whole stay, and she was only there for about an hour.
But saying that we loved the holiday and the apartment and would defiantly go back there in the near future!

This was our second visit to these apartments. They are clean and spacious.
Staff are nice and friendly.
Would definitely book Las Torres again.

The apartments are in the quiet end of town at the end of the beach. They are very clean but basic. Also quite noisy due to slamming doors. One word of warning do not go in winter the apartment had 2 bedrooms open plan kitchen and licing room with one oil filled radiator. It was freezing we spent hardly any time in there and had a total of 6 blankets on at night time. Apparently it's not normally so cold in Feb.
There are a few bars near by but they are for the older generation as Benidorm is the place to be if your over 50 in winter.
I have been to Benidrom 6 times but would not stay in this apartment again due to the location and the lack of heating. No entertainment just a DVD every day at 5 on a small TV.
Found staff to be ok. One lady did have her room broken into though and security is not great. I must point out that a lot of immigrants do seem to be in Benidorm and my partner had his wallet pick pocketed in Cafe Benidorm (bad for this type of thing we found later) they had spent on his credit card within a few mins of stealing it so you have been warned.
Benidorm on the whole is cheap if a bit run down in places but there is something for everyone.

Just a quick review for you. Las Torres is amazing the hotel rooms are so clean the balconies are brilliant to just sit on when you come back rather drunk.
The staff are really friendly.
I did not see much in the entertainment scene but it was October after all.
The hotel is situated perfect because it's just at the side of the city center meaning when you get back at night you don't have yobs screaming all night so your able to get a good nights rest ready for the next day.
I've been to Benidorm twice now and it's the first time I've stayed here and I would/will do it again.

The apartment block outside the rooms (in the halls) appeared clean but when you got into the rooms the floors looked as though they had never seen a brush or a mop. The dust was piled high as well as dirty marks and under the beds the dust was worse. The kitchen was to a reasonable standard, the utensils needed were provided, in the kitchen we had a kettle and an oven (not a very good one.) with 4 rings. Our room was cleaned once in our 2 week stay, well I say cleaned as we were in the room at the time as they came quite early in the morning all they did was change the towels and made the beds they didn

the appartment was very clean and pleasant and it was well looked after by the friendly staff there. the food was nice and tasty and i enjoyed it. where the hotel was situated was fantastic because it was in the centre of benidorm where all the night life is but there is a big steep hill but that didn't bother me really because the hotel was very very close to the town. the hotel staff were friendly they asked if we enjoyed our stay and gave us information what we needed to hear so they were great. the entertainment was good but it was the same karoke all the time but its good and i enjoyed listening to people sing. i would diffently stay in that hotel again i recommend it to any body.

This hotel was very good, it was the first time ever visiting Benidorm.
The hotel staff were very good to us while we were there. The only thing was it is up a steep hill not a good idea when slightly drunk.

Went to the Las Torres in November, have stayed there twice before so already knew what they were like. They are in the Rincon area up a very steep hill. Apartments are very clean and staff are very friendly. There is a bar downstairs where you can also get food and there is also a laundry room where you can use washing machines at a small price. The swimming pool is very much on the small size which I should think could be a problem in the summer but the beach is only a 10 min walk.
Exclusively run by JMC, I cannot praise them enough. The week before we were due to go away we received a letter informing us of building works going on right by the apartments, I phoned them up and asked to be changed but because everywhere else was fully booked they gave us

The apatments were good & very clean the staff were very friendly as well. Nothing was a problem for them. It was the first time that we stayed there. I would defenitley go back. We have been too benidorm 3 times now and its brill. We normally stay at the Marpinos but that has been shut down. Not suprised t it was awful so i give the Las Torres the tumbs up. The food was fine. There was a very steep hill too walk up.

I stayed in Las Torres it was very clean & the staff were very friendly. The food was very nice.
The location was up a very steep hill but that did not matter.
There was no entertaninment but that was ok because we met other people there I would go back again that was the first time I stayed there.
