This was our 1st time in Benedorm and went on allocated on arrival and was pleasantly supprised when we ended up in the lavente club it is a 4 * and is modern and spotless.

The staff were fine with us to as we was there xmas week it wasnt warm enough to go in the pools outside but hey there was a heated indoor one.

We didn't see any entertainment as we went local bars at night it was my sons 14th birthday whilst we were there not anything to do for teens sadly, you could have sky tv on in your room for 3.50euros per day if it got to cold to go out.

I wouldn't go back at xmas time but would try again when its warm.

Have just returned from a weeks stay in these apartments, and we were quite impressed. The location was ideal for us - 2 mins walk to the beach, lots of nice bars and restaurants nearby, and a pleasant stroll into the main square.

The apartment was spacious - we had a 2 bed in the Miro block. There was a lounge/dining area, separate kitchen, 2 big bedrooms and a big bathroom with bath and shower. The balcony was also big, and had doors into the lounge and one of the bedrooms. We were on the 13th floor, so had a nice breeze and plenty of windows so the lack of air conditioning didn't worry us. In fact, we took a fan with us, and didnt use it.

The rooms were cleaned every 2nd day, with clean towels, bedding etc.

There were 3 pools - a big one with a shallow end, a smaller kiddies one next to that, and in a separate part was a decent sized pool where you could have a good swim in peace - this was at the foot of our block, which was perfect. There is also an 'indoor' pool - which in fact has a glass roof pulled back during the summer, so its not indoor at all.

We only really used the bar area during a lazy day around the pool, and although prices were reasonable, found the staff to be very slow! At the pool bar (serving 4 pools don't forget!) there was only one member of staff. If someone ordered a snack (they sell burgers, pizza etc) he would go off and cook it and leave a queue gasping for drinks! They really do need more pool bar staff.

We didnt eat in the main restaurant or use the entertainment during the evening, so can't really comment. Overall, we would love to stay here again.

Stayed in the Dali block (1 of 4 blocks) which was the furthest away from Reception/Bar...but also the noisiest, especially at night as it overlooks a busy road.

The rooms are spacious, we had a double bedroom apartment, which had good facilities and a well equipped kitchen area. The balcony was large and living area and 1 bedroom opened on to it.

The rooms were cleaned 3 times a week and the bed linen changed twice during our fortnights stay.

The biggest problem that we encountered was the lack of air conditioning...night temperatures of 23-24c meant that you had to leave all windows and patio doors open for air...the rooms did not cool down at all and the constant traffic noise and the fact that there are several bars close by that close around 3-3.30am, meant that it was almost impossible to sleep.

However, there are 3 very nice pools including an indoor pool with retractable roof which if the others got crowded was an excellent alternative...It is a 2 minuite walk to the nearest very crowded bit of beach and there are shops within 50yards!

If they installed air conditioning I would go back as the apartments are excellent value for money.

We traveled to Benidorm and originally was in a hotel that was filthy so paid 2 move to Levante Club apts. We were very pleased, the hotel was immaculate, and the rooms were spacious and clean.

The staff on reception and the bar were very friendly, the pool areas were clean.

The entertainment was poor but hey Benidorm is a very big place with a lot to do. We were two mins from the beach with plenty happening down there.

Levante club was no means disappointing, could do with air conditioning and a later check out but that

During our stay of 14 nights are bed linen was changed once. The floor and bathroom was never cleaned to my knowledge. We only eat breakfast twice and evening meals about four. That was because it looked and tasted inedible.
The location was great. The staff were unhelpful and inpolite and spoke very poor English. One night we was ask to move from our table while eating and then another couple came and sat at the same table.

Didn't see entertainment went out to local pubs.

Definately would not go there again.

We have just returned from Benidorm,Levante apartments and we must have had the worst apartment ever, we were in El Greco on the ground floor with just one other apartment opposite us.

We had some sort of pump humming all day,the lift going up and down all night.

Had bars on all the windows and locks on all of the doors, the linen cupboard next door so the maids gave us a early morning call with their chatter at 7.30, the coaches were coming and going all day(except on Sundays).

We never used the outdoor pools as we could never get a sun-bed,there were only about 80 sun-beds to approx. 300 people, there was an indoor pool which was locked for 12 of our 14 day holiday,we used it once.

The evening entertainment was rubbish and we found the bar very expensive so we went out every night,on our day of departure we were getting ready to leave our room at 12o'clock and we had a phone call at 9-45 to tell us to vacate the room by 10 o'clock,we did say in the hotel info.book and the reps. Info board it did say 12 but she said if we wasn't out by 10 we would lose our deposit, so we left.

We will not be going there again, but we will go to Benidorm

This was our very first time abroad so we can't really compare it to anything but we would definitely stop there again.

The hotel was always clean and our room was cleaned twice in the week we were there.

Food was good with plenty of choice. Personally I thought it wasn't hot enough but there is a microwave there to heat up your food.

We found all the staff to be friendly and helpful.

Don't know about the entertainment as we went out most nights.

Hotel was only two minutes from the beach but the slight incline as it was called in the brochure is a hill in reality.

Our room was functional with a sun facing balcony. Bathroom was small but the shower was good and powerful. Not knowing what to expect my wife and I were very impressed and will definitely stop there again.

Just returned from these apartments. My first impression was great. The rooms were clean, and best of all we had a sea view from our balcony. However, I have to say that the noise was disgraceful. The patio doors did not have any soundproofing, so whether you had them open or closed it made no difference. You could hear upstairs moving about and banging constantly. The fire alarm went off at about 3am, stag parties treat the whole building to unwanted songs at 5am. In the end I went to the nearby pharmacy and purchased some ear plugs for about one euro. They helped a little bit, and meant I wasn't pacing the apartment all night. There was also alot of glass recycling units and the nearby bars tended to use them every 10 minutes. This didn't happen just for one night, but for the 11 nights we were there.

Also, the food. Well, I know vegetarians are in the minority, but if you are, please don't stay here. Cauliflower and soggy salad, sprouts and soggy salad, soggy salad and a bread roll. I tried complaining and on one night was treat to veggie pasta, but that was it.

Can't comment on the entertainment as we visited the local pubs every night.

The 'hill' isn't a problem at all, and not very steep. Although the ramps at the hotel entrance are quite slippy so don't know how wheelchairs would fair on them.

The best thing by far is the location. A very short walk to the beach and lots of family friendly pubs on your doorstep. Very very smokey though. We visited the clown in the Cellar, and was shocked at how many parents felt the need to pollute their children and mine with nicotine.
