Went with the Mrs for a short break and stayed on a half board basis.
I particularly enjoyed the food, quite Mediterranean in its taste, plenty of fish with tomato base but there is a little for everyone if you look. Maybe people who are sticklers for british food should just go bed and breakfast.
The hotel is spotless and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a prime location on the seafront in the quieter part of Benidorm, a 15 minute walk will have you in the middle of the madness which is Levante and a 2 minute taxi ride will have you back in the wee small hours, perfect!

hotel marconi is right on the beach.fantastic views over pontiente beach.rooms were good size and air con worked hard to cool rooms.upon booking in we were disapointed that we did not have a balcony over the beach but were molified when we realised the air con would probably not keep up with the sun blasting through the curtains.
the pool was on the roof but, because of the hotel being full of senior citizens we had it all to ourselves.food not to our english palate.reception and bar was right on the board walk with a small road outside.glass all round and excellent views of beach 10 mtrs away.staff friendly and helpfull.
the views and position make it worth staying again.
