Holiday from Hell due to tour operator - Love holidays.
Required self catering for disabled child. Full needs given on booking. Hotel dirty, there was broken glass on floor, microwave blew up injuring me. Left at midnight with no entry to hotel.
Love holidays do not answer emergency contact number that was given, do not respond to emails and lied about the quality of apartment and the fact the swimming pool was closed indefinitely.
Legal proceedings underway. DO NOT book with this travel agent.
