Towels changed daily but sheets only once per week. Pool was NOT clean. Would have concerns for children as safety aspect was not good. Also clearly stated no diving allowed but adults continued to dive into pool despite clearly signed as being only 1.75 metres deep. Very limited choice of food and always lukewarm at best. Some days we were only 2 persons eating in restaurant that could seat 100. Hotel centrally located and within easy walking distance of all amenities. Self catering rooms had prime position at front of hotel with sunny balconies and great views. Half board were stuck at back of building with no sun and car park views. We will not return

The room was fine except when I asked for clean towels and was told I would have to wait for 5 days which is ridiculous. Clean sheets was even longer it was just terrible.
Staff were not the least bit interested and when we arrived we had to wait an age to even get our room will never be back.
You also get dropped of down at the bottom of the hill so you have to lug all your belongings quite a bit up as the bus cannot make it to the top.

We stayed for 7 days and we had a leaking roof and the night after that we had NO power due to the leak.
We went to another room and phoned up Thompson and the hotel staff charged us for the call when it was freephone!
