It rained for 3 days, this hotel has no facilities other than a very small poo.

The entertainment was for the Spanish only, food was poor, this hotel is not a 4 star, have stayed in far better 3 star.

The staff are very friendly and helpful and the place was very clean. The lift was old and small I only saw the one.

The location is on the sea front so there was plenty going on.

We would'nt stay in this hotel again

Travelled to the Sol Costa Blanca with Globespan.

First impressions were good with a quick profesional check in. Rooms were large and clean and nicely furnished. The balcony had a table and two chairs and a nice side view of the sea. There was also a fridge.

All the public areas were spotless and a joy to use. The food in the hotel is more suited to the European traveler rather than the British but you could always find something to eat. The staff were profesional more than friendly and you got the impression they had worked there a long time.

The location of the hotel is perfect twenty yards from front door to prominade.the major problem with the hotel is the pool area and the lack of sunbeds. For a hotel this size forty sunbeds is not enough.

The entertainment was geared to the over sixtys and the bar closed at midnight but this is Benidorm and if you want it rowdy its outside.

All public areas in this hotel are now non smoking so its your room or outside for a puff. Overall I would use this hotel again it is clean and good value for money.

We stayed here march fiesta. The rooms were of a very high quality. The beds were changed daily and the most comfortable beds ever.

The entertainment and atmosphere was lacking in the hotel but the comfort and the helpful staff made up for that.

The food was not of the standard you would expect of a 4 star , choice being very limited and geared up for the spainish clientele. The location was good 1/2 way between the new and old parts of benidorm.

The beachfront location was great.Even though the food was not great we would use this hotel again purely for location the comfort of the roomse.g. constant hot water, carpeted rooms, good central heating, brilliant lighting and full length mirrors comfy clean beds and bathrooms.

Booked this hotel through the Sol Melia website at a bargain price.

Hotel is of a good standard although a little dated to those under 50.

Entertainment was very limited however this is Benidorm so not really a problem.

Excellent beach front location, easy walking distance of old town, restaurants and other entertainment.

Food was geared towards the Spanish visitors but not a problem for us. Decent enough choice and at the price we paid, could not complain.

Hotel staff were very helpful when needed. A nice touch was the delivery of a free English language newspaper every morning.

Minor gripe about the car parking which was available but, from memory, wasn't cheap.

Would definitely use this hotel again for Benidorm trips but would try and find free parking I think.

Not sure but there may be a problem with booking kids into the hotel best to check I think.

Very good hotel, one of the best I've stayed in. Very clean throughout. Rooms cannot be faulted and are as good as any 3 star Hilton or similar hotel. Beach front location on Levante so is a good location. Facade of exterior is a little dated and could have been lifted during a recent refurbishment, its a horrible purplish colour?

I am a fan of SolMelia hotels as I've never been disappointed but the food is always a downside as its lacking in variety and a little cold and this hotel is no exception but its not bad, I'm been very picky. I also don't like the change on saucers thing although this is done elsewhere as well. Its begging at the end of the day.

I was told I would be OK for a parking space after phoning ahead but on arrival was told full so I had to make my own arrangements which was a little unprofessional for a 4 star hotel.

Having said that, highly recommended 8/10
